Kael is a Khaerin'ah, he is immortal and has a condition similar to Dainsleif's. He's around 700+ years old. His past remains unclear because he himself remembers nothing after The Cataclysm.
He spent his entire life, living through generations, searching for even the slightest remnants of his memory.
Until he met Razor, a somewhat naive boy living in The Wolvedom — Mondstadt, who didn't need to know his past, lived a free and unconstrained life, and was allowed to be himself, with the lupicans he loves the most.
Kael found it interesting at first, when Razor saved him from a critical situation without thinking that he could harm him.
They built a good relationship before Kael left Mondstadt, though he returned every two or three months, because he knew that wolf boy was always waiting.
