This is kind of within the context of a potential widow “redemption” even though I think realistically at most she would just be like “eh whatever I don’t want to kill people anymore” . But two people who are defined by others fear of their potential to harm . Two people who struggle with behavior and social interaction due to limitations other people purposefully put on them . Avast! this year I have been working with @baggebythesea to illustrate Mr. & Mrs. Buccaneer for the @spopbigbang 2026 event! @spopfandomevents

In order to undercover a secret pirate plot, Bow and Adora go undercover in Seaworthy as a married couple. As the duo scrambles to outsmart the opposition, Glimmer feels left out of the unfolding shenanigans. But - as Bow likes to say - as long as there is friendship, there are shenanigans enough for everyone. The story takes place in the beginning of season 4 when things are still lighthearted but the fractures in the Best Friends Squad start showing. Despite undertones of hurt feelings and lingering insecurity, the tone is overall light and silly. In this story, Bow and Adora share exactly one braincell, and make their very best to make it everyone's problem.

Pirate Shenanigans, Trope Subversion, and lots of terrible disguises! Watch in glee and terror as we weaponize our mutual love of pirates to craft a three part story of friendship, action, and piracy (of course.)
