You know what would be interesting though? If Superman and Lois tried the whole ‘For the Man Who Has Everything’ storyline. I feel like the Black Mercy would show Supes, his family with his wife and his boys on Krypton and everything is safe. Meanwhile the boys have to help their dad. In place of Batman, the thing latches onto Jon and….honestly? we could explore Jon’s fantasy which, I feel like would be a return to Metropolis. Granted this means Jordan would have to get the thing off of his brother while their dad fights Mongul….which technically, would be symbolic. The life he had was lost, because they had to stay in Smallville for Jordan and once again Jordan is taking that life away from him.

Okay but the juxtaposition between Jay, Kev, and Trudy doing the by the book grid search, compared to Hailey, Adam, and Voight doing the shady knock and searches.  And all of is being centered around Kim who I think has been the true wild card in this debate because we’ve never really seen what side she’s on.  And then the fact that it was Jay and Kevin who ultimately found her?  Cause they went about things the right way?  The imagery of that?  The power of that?  Unparalleled.

Jordan’s punch would have killed that kid if Jonathan hadn’t intervened. Like he wasn’t holding back he very much was using all his strength and didn’t see Jon’s hand until it was too late. Meaning Jon’s hand should be fully shattered like no chance of healing ever but the fact that the bones only broke and he will be able to use it again, just makes me think he isn’t all that “powerless”.

Clark’s ability to constantly disregard his “friendship” with Chloe and repeatedly disrespecting Lana’s feelings drive me insane

Ignoring Pete for the girls is just bad bro code and honestly if it weren’t for Lex, Clark’s social life wouldn’t be nearly as fun as it would have been had they not met.

I adore this show because in my opinion it’s the most realistic portrayal of Clark Kent

A fumbling dorky teenage boy with more power than common sense.

We get to imagine the high school experience of a guy that’s not human and experience what put the super into the man.

But if SOMEBODY had just told a piece of the truth ONE TIME I wouldn’t need to throw hands with the other characters 😠
