He's a good man, respectable- very professional. Keeps most of his thoughts to himself but not too hard to read sometimes. I had the honor of working with him in a 3-jaeger drop in Manila; he's reliable and does things without fuss.

Asides from that I don't really know much else about him, but Pentecost having him by his side must mean that he holds the Australian in high regards and that he's extremely capable.
