COLOR AESTHETIC MOODBOARDS: ROSE GOLD
aladdin & terk
Aladdin: A sacrifice you made for someone.
I don’t think I’ve ever made a huge sacrifice for someone. I’m young, so maybe it’ll happen someday.
Terk: Are you a big brother/sister figure to anyone?
I’m actually the youngest in my family, so not really. Before I was adopted, there was this girl who was a few years younger than me that I would give her extra food and let her play with my toys. I don’t know where she’s at now, though.
aurora, eric
Aurora: Story of your first kiss
I was fourteen when I had my first kiss. It was weird and gross and all I remember is that the boy tasted and smelled like celery. It wasn’t a good kiss, but I’m glad I waited that long to have my first kiss.
Eric: Have you ever helped a stranger? What happened.
The first party I ever went to in high school was pretty big. There were kids from different schools, colleges, etc. Well, there was this girl who was just sitting on the stairs crying, and at first I thought she was just a weepy drunk and didn’t pay attention. About an hour later, I saw this guy yelling at her, and it turned out to be her boyfriend. Long story short, she caught him cheating on her and I stuck with her the whole night and now she’s one of my best friends.
Your very Personal and Intense Disney Ask:
Aurora: Story of your first kiss
Rapunzel: 5 things from your bucket list
Dory: Something someone has told you that you can't forget (two good things and one bad)
Pocahontas: Something new you taught someone.
Mulan: Do you trust your gut feeling? What happened.
Jasmine: The story of when you had to really trust someone. Was it easy?
Belle: Is there someone you are close to who no one else likes? What's the story?
Ariel: Where do you think you belong, and why?
Flounder: Something that surprised you and frightened you.
Eric: Have you ever helped a stranger? What happened.
Aladdin: A sacrifice you made for someone.
Tiana: A time you tried the hardest for something.
Boo: A childhood hero.
Cruella: Something you really want but you aren't allowed to have.
Seven Dwarfs: 7 things you like in the people around you.
Kronk: What you are best at in the kitchen?
Simba: Something a parent has taught you.
Cinderella: "A dream is a wish your heart makes" What's that for you?
Nemo: Your bravest moment.
Terk: Are you a big brother/sister figure to anyone?
Buzz: Your favourite fantasy world (aka Harry Potter, Star Wars), if any.
Alice: Done drugs?
Peter Pan: Something from your childhood that you still love.
Merida: What are you most passionate about?

Isiah: adrenaline, baby
Raina: I'm not an adrenaline junkie, I hate being in situations like that.
“Seriously? That’s kinda crummy,” His mouth twisted into a brief pout at the thought, even as he went through the motions of spooning a generous serving of hot chocolate into the largest cup he could get his hands on. (He had a weakness for people he found even remotely cute, that much more of one when they were equally as nice). “It’s on the house, don’t sweat it. I’ll put a dollar in at some point and it’ll be solid. Consider it a thank you for putting up with me, the King of the Dorks.” He laughed brightly, hoping to convey that he was half joking— though he was keenly aware that not many of his friends had taken the same pains with a costume they’d wear for a few days and then toss into the backs of their respective closets. “I think you look great but I’ve gotta be real and say it’s been a million years since I’ve seen anything Spice Girls related, so I might be a little misinformed.” He passed her the hot chocolate with a sheepish tilt of his head.
“Such is life,” Raina sighed. She was honestly ready to go home after she had her drink, because it was really the only thing she came for. She wasn’t really the type of person who liked coming to festivals or conventions, because she had too much anxiety and there were a number of things that could go wrong. Raina tilted her head to the side, “Are you sure? You really don’t have to do that. You won’t make any money if you give your product away for free,” she laughed. “And I definitely don’t think you’re a dork. I think it’s cute. Way more creative than all the “sexy” police officers. I swear I’ve seen at least fifty of them tonight.” Raina found herself blushing at his comment, “Thank you. It was a group thing, but like I said, I was ditched. I wanted to come as something a little more practical and - I don’t know - warm. Like Cat Lady or a princess with long sleeves,” she chuckled. Raina took the hot chocolate and held it up to her nose, “Perfect,” she smiled. “Thanks you, again.”
Pushing his glasses further up his nose, Gavin surveyed the ever growing crowd around the booth his dad had him managing at the Autumn festival— he’d spent most of his time there chatting with passersby, complimenting the kids on their costumes and taking pictures with them when they insisted that their parents let them stand next to Spider-Man. “Pretty good, huh? I know Peter Parker’s probably makin’ a Halloween costume comeback, but I’ve been workin’ on it for like, a year. You want a hot chocolate or just a chat? Dad’ll kill me if I don’t make half an attempt to do my job.” He grinned brightly, dragging his fingers through his hair.
Raina was really regretting her decision to not bring a sweater with her, because it got colder and colder the later it got. There were plenty of booths with coffee and hot chocolate, but none of them smelled right (which of course made Raina sound crazy, but hot chocolate was sacred and it had to be right). She was about to give up when she finally walked past the right booth. Raina listened to the boy talk and smiled at him, “I wouldn’t mind both, honestly. My friends ditched me a while ago, because no one had hot chocolate that smelled right, but I told them I’d find it and I did. Congrats, by the way. And, your costume is really cool. I was trying to go for a Posh Spice look but I think my hair's too long,” she laughed and handed him money for the hot chocolate.

Isiah: you going to the haunted house?
Isiah: i am
Isiah: it better knock my socks off
Raina: No way!
Raina: I don't understand the concept of paying money to be scared. Have fun, though.
“I can’t believe I just tried pumpkin carving. It’s a lot harder than it looks, honestly. I thought I could make an amazing, spooky one, but it turned out to be mush instead. I guess that’s the last time I ever try to do such a thing.”
“Hey, it looks better than anything I could have done. Although, I’m pretty sure a toddler would be better at carving pumpkins than I am,” she laughed. “But, that definitely doesn’t look like mush.”

grayson: i keep seeing my patients gorging on candy and wearing clothes that will never keep anyone warm

raina: i don't want to be treated by a doctor who complains about my choices :/
Kai flicked his cigarette, watching the ash to the ground. Something about the way the smoke absorbed the length of the cigarette as it slowly disappeared. He flowed the habitual cycling, bringing it back to rest intimately between his lips, taking another deep inhale. As he exhaled he heard foot steps moving closer to him. “Before you ask to bum one, just don’t,” he said, not even moving to catch a glimpse of who it was, Kai wasn’t often interested in random interactions.
Raina shook her head slowly, “Oh, that’s not....I don’t smoke, so don’t even worry about it.” She bit on her bottom lip nervously and looked down at her feet, “I was just going to ask you if you had any spare change? I’m taking donations for a charity that specializes in providing education for girls. Any amount can help, but it’s totally fine if you don’t have the money at this moment.”
her house being only a small walk from the ocean, elizabeth had chosen to walk her way toward the beach rather than take her car. that morning, she had chosen to work on some writing on her novel & take a look at some of the paperwork she had decided to take home from her twenty-eight hour shift at the hospital the night before. now her slim figure strolls down the side walk, a small smile placed on her lips as she continued on her walk down the sidewalk going past all kinda of local shops. a flower shop, bursting with spring flowers or a bakery allowing the scent of freshly made bread to enter the air outside with their open door & cracked window’s it was all comforting sights & smells for elizabeth godfrey. living here was really all she’d ever wanted, arcata was so peaceful & beautiful she never saw herself moving away. with sunglasses shading her eyes, elizabeth crosses the cross walk & heads directly to the beach that called her name ahead. the scent of a salty breeze flushes past her, knocking her deep brown locks back & over her shoulders lightly. the sound of crashing, crystal blue waters excites her, elizabeth can’t wait to get back out on the water!
Music history had always been Raina’s least favorite class, and the fact that she had to take it every semester was awful. A three hour class learning about dead guys whose names she couldn’t pronounce was not how she like to spend her day. So, as a little way to treat herself, she decided to skip that morning’s lecture and go to the beach. Raina found herself spaced out completely as she watched the waves roll in, “It’s so pretty isn’t it?” she asked the girl next to her. “So much better than going to class.”
despite the fact that it’s california, known for being warm year-round, the ocean still holds a chill that requires sea-goers to don a wetsuit. done for the day, gabi is stepping out of hers, shivering in her bikini from the breeze. “heard in hawaii it’s not this bad,” she murmurs. “heard in hawaii the water’s warm year-round.”
Raina looked up from her book when she heard a voice, at first she wasn’t sure if the girl was talking to herself or not, but she went ahead and answered to not be rude. “I bet that’s true. Hawaii’s close to the equator,” she shrugged. “I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii.”
