This an old family photo taken around 2004 or 5. It's Christmas(people used to find stuff like cousins or friends photo accounts and download all the photos, there are dozens of these from the early 2000s), he's just taking a purposely funny photo wearing different Christmas gifts - putting on the tie and the hat crooked, etc. He's not at Krispy Kreme that's just a Krispy Kreme mug, it's a family members kitchen.

His hair wasn't any blonder than usual, it's just the way the light is reflecting. Other photos in the same set taken the same Christmas, his hair is normal.

Damn though that man has always had some shoulders on him....

This is from the same Christmas with his bro and a cousin.

those are the ones I can name for you off the top of my head. People weaponize Jensen because of his popularity, but no. It was never just him. It was the company line for most of the show.

Sorry, but I disagree with your listing Jensen as affirming that Dean is straight. Once again, he said he never played him that way. Which am my opinion is not the same as stating “Dean is straight”, same goes for Misha (at least as far as I can recall he did not state that specifically at Purcon)*.

*before I get an influx of anons dredging this up again, I am not going over the whole Purcon thing.

That still doesn't explain where they got the info in the first place. So basically they're just making stuff up?

As someone who works in an industry that deals with licensing, the permission needed is from the photographer or stock company that holds the copyright *and* from the celebrity for using their likeness in something called the right of publicity. This is especially necessary if the product could somehow influence the celebrity's reputation. So it's likely the artist received both (lol) unless they went awol risking a lawsuit.

I'm pretty sure how it works is that when the photo was taken Jensen gave permission to the photographer who owns the rights to the photo. He almost certainly would have signed a release form when the photoshoot was done. The photographer can then do whatever they please with the photo including giving permission to the guy who made the song to use it years later. Plus it's very unlikely even if Jensen didn't like it he'd sue a couple people who probably have relatively little money over something so minor. Jensen isn't going to really care, does anyone think he gave barbershops in India his permission to Photoshop him bald to sell hair transplants? To him this is very similar. He's not petty.
