DIY Glitter name canvas - You will need, A canvas, A paintbrush Acrylic pain (I used black) Glitter (I used teal) Glue (I used PVA but any should work) A craft knife Card for the stencil Step 1 - paint the canvas, use even strokes in the same direction, vertical strokes are better, make sure you get an even cover as patches look unattractive, leave to dry (I left it over night to ensure it was completely dry) Step 2 - place the pre cut stencil into the dry painted canvas and make sure the stencil is centered properly, Step 3 - glue over the stencil and make sure the glue s evenly spread, Step 4 - sprinkle glitter over the stencil evenly, and leave the canvas to dry again, (again, I let it dry over night to make sure it was properly dry) Step 5 - gently peel off the stencil, use a hair dryer or something similar to clear excess glitter, then use a soft bristled paint brush and brush off any hard to remover glitter, Step 6 - hang the canvas on the wall and enjoy the look of your new DIY decor, Altogether this DIY project cost me £6, I was able to find a cheap canvas glitter glue and brushes from a local crafts store, and cheap acrylic paint from Amazon.
