i hate doing this, but i feel like i have to do everything in my hands to help my family. Last week my mom was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor that requieres urgent brain surgery. While we have some money saved, the surgery is very expensive and there are extra expenses that we have to cover, the cost of the surgery alone is around 120,000 mexican pesos.
