Strange Day.

As I’m sure you can guess from the title, today has just been strange. Things went well at work, despite supervisors not remembering my name. However, talking to people I’ve been close friends with for years, I feel faded out. People are skimming over my existence and just feels like those who I’ve been close with and I’ve had strong relationships with are suddenly, not there. It’s hard to explain and sounds silly and whiny. Maybe I’m just reading too much into things as per usual. It wouldn’t be unusual.

Snakes.

I always used to think that snakes were awesome, and I was even lucky enough to have one as a pet when I was younger. R.I.P Boring, you were awesome. However, the more I have to deal with people, the more I’m realising snakes weren’t as awesome as I once thought, nor were they our scaly friends. They’re the people that you think are friends. They’re the people that you trust with things and who actively find out information about you to tell others what you’re up to to try and cause trouble. Someone that I thought was a good friend of mine felt it necessary to tell others about a social media post about me having a bad day and not feeling well, and make it into such a drama that transpired into a superior asking for twenty minutes if my life is okay and what they’ve done wrong and that the snaky cow that told her was just so worried about me. If she was that worried, she would have spoken to me, not spread rumours about me and my feelings. People are awful and nothing but trouble. Maybe I’m just cynical? Who knows.

First Entry

So, where do I begin? I suppose it doesn’t really matter, this is all to ease the endless nonsense in my mind. It’s essentially talking to myself. Though it seems strange, I think I’d get more sense out of myself than I would other people. Things have never been easy, which is a massive understatement, but such is life. I have a broken family, I have a broken mind, a super small circle of friends and a very loving boyfriend who sometimes drives me very bonkers. I have two jobs and help people out with two more, overworked and underpaid, but who isn’t? I get treated like a moron and a skivvy at both places of work, but I can’t leave either until my life gets straightened out which will probably be never knowing me. I often wish that things were different, but is that ungrateful for what I do have? For the most part I have good friends, a lovely family and my wonderful partner, so I shouldn’t really complain. I guess that in this day and age everyone is wanting more and appreciating nothing because of the constant comparisons to what everyone else has. Such is life, I suppose.

Introduction and Disclaimer.

I titled this as an introduction, however I’m not willing to give my identity and admit this crazy is mine. For clarification, my intention isn’t for people to read or even see this blog, which is silly considering what kind of website this is. I intend for it to be an outlet for my crazy ramblings and to get my thoughts and feelings out there without saying them aloud and admitting that they’re real.
