I'm halfway through fixing the code so I can finally start the update!
And here's some good news: I finally managed to get the app removed from the Google Play Store! The Apple version is still up, but we're working on that as well. I'm looking for ways to prevent this from happening again! --- E aí pessoal? Estou na metade da correção de código para finalmente começar a trabalhar na atualização! E uma boa notícia! Eu finalmente consegui remover o app falso da Google Play Store! O da Apple Store ainda está lá infelizmente, mas estamos trabalhando nisso. While this information is currently on an AMA that hasn’t been published to tumblr yet (but it IS on patreon!), it is on the roster to be cross-posted soon and Neko is comfortable with me giving out this information in advance of that, since a lot of people are very interested in it! :D
Now keep in mind Neko has not released their ages and doesn’t seem keen on doing so, that information seems to be important— but they are ALL adults and are all much older than the average human, that for sure has been confirmed!

Drawing this took me quite a while, so Pierrot’s appearance changes a bit throughout it 😭.
The idea was inspired by the official AMA
Harlequin really can trick Pierrot every single time. And as a non-native English speaker, I honestly sympathize with him 😭 I mean at least “eggs” has suspicious implications in multiple languages, but “🥧” genuinely feels like a perfectly innocent dessert name 😅
If this gets 500+ likes, I’ll draw the sequel where Pierrot finds out what “creampie” actually means :3

FAQ - Frequentely Asked Questions
How much does a chapter takes to make?
2-3 months. I'm the only dev behind it, with the help of volunteers for the proof reading and the translations.
How many chapters is the game going to be?
4 chapters long. It was supposed to be 3 chapters, but chapter 3 is too long so i split it.
Is english your first language?
No, my first language is italian, which is why Flo can speak it so well
Can i make art/fanfics/ships of the game?
Yes, go on have fun. You can even do merch, just don't try to pass it as official and always credit me, thank you.
Is the MC (Vern) ever going to customizable?
No. You can make your own OC and self ship with whoever you want tho
Is MC (Vern) a girl or a boy?
Vern is non-binary and uses any pronouns. If someone really want to know, they are AMAB.
Is Flo a girl or a boy?
They are an agender entity. They can literally shapheshift. He just uses he/him pronouns because they are "gender neutral" in italian.
Can minors play the game?
No.
Can i stream the game?
Yes, you can. You can even stream the preview chapters on my patreon. Just be mindful and put warnings for spoilers.
And the game is safe to stream. All the sexual content that is going to be put there in the future is skippable.
Where can i play chapter 2?
On my patreon , it's there in preview. You can buy the chapter in early access (i suggest buying the post itself if you just want the game and not to do the subscription or you will lose access to the post once the sub is gone. )
Once you buy it, all other chapters that are gonna be in early access are going to be free (i will edit the post and inform everyone)
Chapter 2 however is going to be free for everyone on itch.io once i'm done with chapter 3....so this summer.
But only chapter 2. Chapter 3 and 4 will be behind paywall.
Is Flo a yandere? What about Ring Master?
No, Flo is not a yandere and neither is Ring Master. Ring Master is at best a yangire.
Is Ring Master bald?
No, he has a scarf around his head to hide his hair called zendàle.
Can we romance Ring Master?
No, Flo is the only romance route. No, i'm not making a DLC where you can romance him. It makes no sense for Vern to romance him and the whole story would have to change.
How old is everyone?
Vern is 26, Frances is 24, Iris is 28, Flo is a couple of hundred years old and Ring Master is in his 50s (he looks much younger however)
Why don't they call the cops?
Who would believe you with no body and no proof of what happened.
Why did Vern freaked out at Flo's grey skin?
They didn't, it was Flo who jumped back when he noticed Vern realized he's not human.
Will we see Ring Master face? What about Flo's true form?
You will see both of them.

About Google Play
Yes, I am aware that someone unfortunately stole my game, modified it, and uploaded it to Google Play to profit from it. They have also made it accessible to younger audiences, which is both disappointing and disrespectful. I am currently following Google's removal process, but unfortunately it is quite slow. In the meantime, I ask everyone not to access or download the app. Every visit and download generates visibility and revenue for the people responsible for this unauthorized upload.
This situation is incredibly disappointing and stressful, and resolving it will remain one of my top priorities alongside the game's development.
About the update
I'd also like to share some exciting news the script for this update is now completely finished!
At the moment, I'm focusing on fixing the code and cleaning up the remaining minor bugs before I begin implementing everything. Below you'll find a flowchart showing just how big this update is going to be. I always love giving players lots of different possibilities, and as a result the game's routes keep growing larger and larger haha! And yes! its blur x3
Good morning, Destiny! I have some doubts about writing Pierrot (I thought I knew him well, but surprisingly, I have some questions). I'm working on a short comic where MC discovers his true form, and she accepts it despite being scared the first time she saw him.
How do you think Pierrot would react? With joy, or would he wonder why MC isn't concerned about his true form?
I feel like it would be the first, because, well, he's Pierrot, and he doesn't usually think too much about details, especially if MC loves him. But I wanted to know your opinion.
Ah interesting, Neko has actually answered this before for pierrot and harlequin. The main thing, is that they'll be VERY uncomfortable at you seeing him for what he looks like. It's like seeing someone naked, they feel awkward and it's personal to them (his appearance).
So first thing's first, Pierrot wants to make sure that MC is NOT scared. He'd be so sad/frightened if MC were afraid of him, this is why he's so hesitant to tell the truth to us right away in the game.
But if MC isn't afraid, he'll calm down and likely wonder why? But also, make sure that you TRULY aren't.
Despite Pierrot not being one to think about details this is CANONICALLY a detail he ALWAYS thinks about and haunts him. Again, this has been confirmed before!!
If the characters could break through the fourth wall and say one thing to the player, what do you think they would say? (ㆁωㆁ)
That would actually be interesting. Here are a few ideas of what they might say based on what they know about MC so far (remember, Jester, Ticket Taker, and Doctor don’t know much about MC yet) Pierrot: I knew I would find my way to you eventually, my dear. There is only a screen separating us now, and I will find a way to cross it. Harlequin: Oh, so you have been playing with us this entire time? Just wait until I get to play with you in person~ Ticket Taker: So that is how it was… how you always seemed to know everything. I believe I could grow rather fond of such a mechanism. Jester: So you truly do live in another world. Your reality gives me power… and it will be quite entertaining once I finally arrive there. Doctor: So this is where you were hiding, sweetie? Once I cross that screen, I would very much like to study the changes your body undergoes within your reality.

Remembering the AMAs about them as kids, a curious question came to mind.
Well, two things came to mind.
1. Since Pierrot and Harlequin met each other first, did they stayed together and travel? Or did they part and soon meet again in a different area?
2. Also, were they scared of each other when they met as kids? (Like, for example; Pierrot was bigger and they got scared of his size, until they were okay with him)
If these aren’t able to be answered, that’s okay. Just remember to take breaks and don’t push yourselves too hard to get work done. Taking time is better and remember to drink water. 💧💧💧💧

Interesting Questions
1) Both had encounters with other members of the circus, but they simply walked away suspiciously. When they met Harlequin, they got along reasonably well and spent some time together in one area before they started "moving on".
2) Both had traits that frightened the other Harlequin was always more suspicious and took a while to calm down around Pierrot.

Non-spoilery ones are if any of the characters are related by blood. This is a common one, and NONE of the cast is related by blood, not even Columbina with the others. And certainly NOT pierrot and harlequin!
Another debunked theory that I've seen is 'Jester is nice'---no he isn't. It's all because Pierrot says he is but Pierrot's perspective on things is the WORST one to go by. He just knows what he knows for himself, not really for others.
MC is Columbina's reincarnation has also been debunked hardcore. I still cannot believe how many posts from FRANTIC fans WISHING this weren't the case, meanwhile.....idk why they'd think it was so? But yeah, one of the main reasons MC says at the end of day 2 to pierrot: "do you have me confused with someone else?" to which he replies NO---was Neko's way of saying, no, MC is not the same as Columbina. Also, if you type her name in the beginning she even says this to MC as well.
Name me specific theories though if you like in my inbox and i'll tell you if they're debunked---though if it's accidentally canon or it's something i've answered over and over, then i likely will delete it.
