Because of all of the villain attacks, after all of the students are in the dorms, there is a therapist/councilor (with a psychological based quirk) assigned to every class. Think about it.
Bakugou, Todoroki, and Tokoyami having at least weekly sessions to help deal with their internal issues
Midoryia stopping by just to talk for a little while
The councilor/therapist helping Kouda come out of his shell and talk more
Helping the girls with body issues and giving them advice (if it were a female therapist, having weekend girls nights in the commons)
Helping Shouji with his insecurities. After a little while, he feels comfortable taking his mask off around a certain few people
Midoriya and Bakugou getting sent in at least once a week for random fighting
The therapist trying to break Todoroki free of his trauma from his childhood
Having bi-weekly check ups with everyone
Kaminari, surprisingly, stopping in quite frequently to just have a ten minute talk about something that’s bothering him
Sero, Ojiro, Sato, and a few others having pep talks about their quirks and why they belong in the hero course
THE THERAPIST HEARING ABOUT WHENEVER MINETA IS BEING MINETA AND GIVING HIM A VERBAL BEATDOWN EVERY TIME
Many students having breakdowns because of the things they’ve seen already, and their doubts and insecurities
The therapist goes through boxes upon boxes of tissues each week
Their office is built into the dorms for easy access
Tokoyami waking them up after really bad nightmares (they told him to) and crying in their arms because he doesn’t want to hurt any of his friends, yet that’s all he seems to do (even tho that ain’t tru)
