When I was in high school, I used to get horrible terrible rock hard leg cramps that would last for a good ten minutes or more. Nights would be terrifying to me, but thankfully it happened with less frequency when I went to stay in a college dorm. I haven't had one of these since freshman year of college, but I must say they are just as terrible as I remember....
