Please donate to me, I desperately need a donation right now, even if it's just 20 euros.

Hopefully this person can get some help through this ask. I do not have the means to donate myself, but hopefully others will as well as have the funds to do so. As they said, any amount helps.
So, second post as I promised. Mostly about solemn! Woo more dnd oc slop!! Me when my friends and I cannot get over our first campiegn like it’s our first love!!! Btw, the usernames are from TikTok. I posted this stuff there first.
Disclaimer though, my EX-pressure oc shows up. I’ll explain the EX- part.
The second to last art is just Slavic and solemn if they were in TADC. The last one though has someone I need to address if you know her. Hakia.
She WAS once an oc for pressure. Shes been repurposed. If you don’t know already, the creator of Pressure (Zeal) has committed a crime. Ren, or NoLongerNull, has released a whole document containing evidence for the crime committed against them, sexual assault.
All I have to say on the matter, as I’m in no way qualified to discuss the topic, is that its disgusting that Zeal committed such a crime and so I am distancing myself from him and his game. I no longer want to do with anything pressure related. Hakia is still my oc however, and I will be repurposing her for.
im not too big on making posts like this myself but I think this needs to be known
IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY, PLEASE DO NOT DO ROBLOX’S AGE VERIFICATION!!!
Roblox has been working with a company known as Persona Identities, Inc. which has been notoriously known for using people’s faces for their personal information such as deepfakes and sexual content. The images below offer more information
What you can do is to Not Do The Verification At All until they sort this all out. If you already have done it—no worries! Just please encourage friends and family who haven’t—ESPECIALLY younger siblings. Hopefully Roblox will address this situation soon, so just sit tight.
Here are the lawsuits against Persona Identities Inc:
Unfortunately this is all I know, but I’ll do my best to look for more information about the subject if there are questions. If anybody has more information—whether defending or going against this post—please let me know. I worry mostly about about the safety of people, and even if this was somehow fake/fearmongering, I’d like for people to be aware.
There is an endless tragedy to Undertale and Deltarune where your choices as a player are never recognized whenever you do good. It is always attributed to someone else. Whether it be Frisk or Kris, your actions that you do for others will always be "the actions" of someone else.
But when you start doing evil, suddenly the world starts paying attention. Suddenly your presence is acknowledged. Suddenly, you're seen. You are almost invisible to most people within the narrative until you do evil, and that's a tragedy.
Oh yes it's 100% straightforward and real that weird route is us being awful and not at all Kris' fault. I can see how weird route definitely affects fandom perception of the player though, even in pacifist routes. Because we have the capacity to do harm, it seems like people believe that we WILL inevitably do harm while Kris would never. (Many players do not even do weird route, yet there's still a "lmao I bet your file 3 is looking real bad rn" attitude towards player depictions).
I think it's... player depiction in this fandom, even in a normal playthrough, almost always tries to be sinister or pick the cruelest dialog options I feel. When art is depicted of a kind option being chosen, I see Kris being the one saying it (which makes sense because usually they do want us to say the kind one). When it's the mean option, it's always us. Again, makes sense. We're saying something Kris doesn't want to.
But it's... never the player depicted in the kind action. At least, it's really rare to see.
It's an odd phenomenon and loosely connected to what I was saying about how the main games treat our presence. Kindness is always attributed to the person we're controlling. Cruelty is always us.
I don't know! I'm rambling but I find it to be an interesting phenomenon. The way it's portrayed in games also just is such a fascinating tragedy that I do not feel like is touched up on AT ALL in fanworks (which is why my rambles usually involve player depiction). be the change you want to see, after all. People will make the art they wanna make. If I wanna see something, gotta roll up my sleeves.
I snorted at the comment about us being 2010s fandom Chara. yeah. I think it's an overcorrection made because of how many people go "How could Chara do this" when the player does shitty actions in the game.
BUT. AS AN ASIDE.
I actually think you can metanarrative the soul, completely and utterly, and still have sympathy. UTDR requires buy-in that the world you are interacting with is real. That is simply how it works as a roleplaying game. You have a window into a world where you have player control.
Many of us grew up playing Undertale. I'm sure many of you remember the moment when Frisk finally distinguishes themselves, and as it turns out, you were never them. Your actions were through them, but they're not you. You never could be them. Now, suddenly all of your actions are being attributed to them by the monsters. But... that's okay! You did the right thing. Now, you'll get to see everyone happy-
"Let Frisk be happy. Let Frisk live their life."
Oh. You're... being asked to go now. Of course, you always knew this would happen. This was a game: a small brief window you had a chance to experience. You had a small chance to make a difference in this little world. But... you will not be remembered. All of those people you helped will remember the person you weren't. You don't get to see them happy. You don't get to see the people they become. Maybe you get one window in a few years later with scattered dialogue, but that's it. It's all gone.
And if you want it back, you have to take it all away. What a terrible fate.
You think about that world constantly. Suddenly, one day, years later, YOU are called. Someone calls YOUR name. Someone calls for YOUR power. They ask you to return in 24 hours. DELTARUNE.
It's finally time. You have been recognized. You have been called. You make the first connection, and you can finally make a character that is YOU. It's finally time to be yourself. It's finally time to have autonomy. It's finally time to show this world who YOU are.
But nobody can choose who they are in this world.
Your vessel is removed by a third party. You're placed in another vessel. It becomes clear quite fast that it's the same thing as before. It's happening again. Even Ralsei makes it clear that by the end of the journey, you will be banished.
You are doomed to save this world and then move onto the next.
You should be happy, but is it selfish to perhaps have hoped that you could be you? Did you want to make friends? Did you want to show them who you were? Did you want to make connections?
Too bad. This world is determined to make sure that your choices don't matter.
Your very vessel wants to make sure that your choices do not matter.
You are doomed. Like Ralsei said, your fate is already decided. You may choose to carry Susie's hope to persist for the sake of everyone else's good ending, but somewhere, deep down, you know that your strings will never be broken.
The Angel's Heaven will be banished, because a game must end.
Your self-expression was stolen. Even if you get it back, it would be too late now. The halfway mark has been attained. By the end, will the friends you've made even know the real you?
Oh, trust me you absolutely can ! Especially with how chapter 4 seems to make implications that Kris having the Soul/us might have to do with whatever promise was made with the voice on the phone (Whether you believe it's Carol or the Knight/Dess and yes I am one of the Dess Knight truthers djhejdfhejdhgbd)
If the theory of a third party being involved with discarting our vessel is true we could very much see that not once were our emotions and wants as the player considered by the people of this world (that is to say, if Gaster himself discarted my body he sure as hell tricked a lot of people into thinking that he wason our side, but hey theories and especulations lol) and that we are only needed temporarily. It's heartbreaking in the sense that we, just like Kris, feel we do not belong anywhere.
