Heroes and Pokemon: Y'know? I just realized how.... difficult the Shigaraki is going to have it considering that Kurogiri was eaten by a psychic black hole.

It'd also have AFO make a HILARIOUS mistake. Thinking Gardevoir has a simple to use Quirk!

Since Aoyama is still the Spy in this AU, and he'll have learned that Gardevoir is Psychic from Izuku and her Telepathic communications, watching her create a black role from nothing, would be VALUABLE information to him.

It's not even hard to follow his thought process. A byproduct of a Quirk? It creates living creatures with incredible powers? FREE QUIRKS!!

As another side effect, Aoyama might start to have hope that he could get out from under AFO's hands!

I just realized that since Gardevoir has the 'Naughty' personality, she would most definitely want to fuck with AFO before brain scrambling him.

Would he even know what happened at the USJ? Not to mention how integral Kurogiri was to his operations

Found the old list of starters and wrote down what I believe they should be capable of for between the start of class and the Sportsfest. Unless stated otherwise I'm assuming they're limited to level up & evolution moves only up to ~lv15 since I don't want these fights to look like Little Cup. Here's the first analysis, for Aoyama's Pokémon:

Aoyama's Vivillon stands out for having a nearly complete kit for its job as support at this point in time, only really missing out on Rage Powder. The biggest threat it expresses comes from Compoundeyes Sleep Powder to immediately subdue any one opponent, while Friend Guard will force enemies into committing more on offense or prioritizing it instead, giving Aoyama time to fire off his Quirk or let allies do the same. Its last Ability, Shield Dust, protects against disruption from the likes of Fake Out and Nuzzle.

Good for him!

whoa, this made me nostalgic haha, I haven't been on kiwifarms in years! Takes me back lol. I remember back in the day me and a friend used to lurk to see what was being said and how accurate they were. I remember it being kindof epistemologically fascinating cause there were actually structural reasons why their theories were wrong 99% of the time, often wildly so. I dunno if this is how they still operate, but this is how it used to be a few years back:

They tried to fit all the points of information they had into one theory. Very strict Ockham's Razor, probably good if you're doing experiments under laboratory conditions but real life isn't like that - that framework leaves no room for unknowns or coincidence. For example, say Creator A posts a photograph with Creator B, and then Creator B makes their next video as a collab with Creator C. KF might draw the conclusion that Creators A and C hate each other cause they didn't work together on the project! That's a single theory that explains all the available data.

But as an audience you only ever see a tiny part of creator's lives, right? The part that's posts. So most of the data is actually missing! What you don't know is that Creator A was just busy that week and couldn't be involved in the project, and the only reason they were in the photo in the first place is because A and B happened to be in the same place at the same time, and Creator C actually really did want to work with A but B couldn't delay the project cause they had a deadline. No drama, just mundane things happening independently of each other. Meanwhile, Creator B actually does hate Creator D, who is secretly dating Creator E, but nobody on KF knows any of that cause B, D, and E are never featured in the same posts. So by trying to cram all the available data, which is only a tiny part of the full set, into one explanation you end up with really distorted conspiracies. And remember a forum is itself susceptible to poster's logic: a hypothesis about some secret juicy drama will always get better engagement than someone going, 'This is probably just a coincidence.' So you end up with wildly inaccurate conspiracies about creators, and they go looking for more data to confirm them, and confirmation bias means they inevitably find it! It was actually kindof fascinating to watch it unfold! Hussein and Phoebe should do an episode of 10k Posts on it.

Anyway, I hope they're all doing well, I'm sure they reacted very healthily and normally to my coming out? I will not be checking. I don't have a twitter burner, unless you count KJB - why would I spend any more time on that hellsite than I absolutely have to lol. This is why I need to get verified
