These last few seasons of Earth are really getting so unrealistic, but’s it’s like Grey’s Anatomy and NEVER ENDS omg like just cancel the show. The real world would never elect that orange fool as president. He’s an unrealistic character and was probably created by a laughing director while high as the sun. Where did the murder hornets go? What about the government being taken over by some shirtless fool in a viking helmet with painted chest? Props for creativity but unrealistic and irrelevant. They didn’t even arrest the orange guy. Like how? 0/10

That one time I was at church and this lady with two kids walked in and so I went to greet them and just looked at her, realized I know her, couldn’t remember her or her kids names, and blurted ‘Oh you’re Mrs. so and so’s sister!’ before proceeding to walk away. Oh my GOD I am a FOOL

In case you don’t know what true love is it is:

a.) when your dad moves out for corona bc essential worker and doctors told mom she would die (feel like that needs glitter emoji on both sides pretend it’s there) and then gets vaccinated and comes for dinner for the anniversary and naturally my sister makes this ‘romantic’ setting where candle lighting and they get there own table but it was really set up so we watched them eat dinner and talk and I mean, two kids, PLUS the parents? Watching you? Nothing so romantic. Anyway, the most romantic line ever said, in book or real life, came from my dad. He said, and I quote, “I can’t wait to go home and sleep in my bed without you” I would SWOON people SWOON. 

b.) when you are sitting at the table and Mom is like ‘you can have a chocolate nana, everyone had one already’ and dad is like ‘i didnt’ and she flips him off with a glare because nana’s favorite candy I just laugh everytime my grandpa says something about my nana’s cooking and she waits till ‘no one but him is looking’ and then flips him off. And my parents do the same.

God help me I'm at my Dad's apartment and lounging on the couch really weirdly and my brothers friend comes and is like do you want to go on a scooter ride and I'm like no but then I see a guy my age and he's kinda cute I I GO 'OOH' REALLY LOUDLY AND KICK OFF THE COUCH TO INVESTIGATE and now I'm on a scooter ride with my sister, brother, his annoying friend, and a guy my age who I haven't spoken a word to help what do I doooo

Favorite tv moment? Oh yes I can do this. I definitely LOVe Love, Simon. Like the whole movie. All of it. More specifically I do love like Bram and Simon in the car driving to school together with like Abby and Leah and Nick. It’s just like so pretty I love when Bram gets in the car and the coffee is given and everyone is happy and the little kiss. My heart. But uh Love, Victor is also pretty awesome. (Season 1 episode 8 is my fav). I have watched that one a billion times. But like seriously ANYTHING even remotely queer I latch onto like a leech and never let go so I could go on forever.

My favorite ship? Just one? Tragic.

Uh so in real life my Mom has these friends and they are lesbians who just got married (it was the cutest thing ever I swear) so definitely them. One is the whole fairytale princess with makeup and the look and the cottage and all that and the other is like a butch, female knight in shining armor I wish them many castles in their future.

HOWEVER in books it’s probably

I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS EVERYONE. So, how I knew I wasn’t straight. Sit back and grab some popcorn everyone. 

When I was in fifth grade, I got this obsession with plaid shirts. And so, for the next TWO YEARS I wore literally plaid shirts, leggings, and sweatshirts. Seriously. That’s it. And at some point at the summer when I was going to fifth grade, I think, my Mom pulled me aside. She’s like, ‘it’s okay to like girls, you know’ and I’m like ‘ok but what does that have to do with me???’ and she did that a couple other times and tbh before this I had never even HEARD of anything but straight so I’m like fun fun and after I’m like ‘does she think I like girls? pfft’ but. We know how that went. 

And then after these talks my parents talk about the future with me and my sister sometimes, you know parents. And every time one of them goes ‘your husband needs to be able to change the oil in your car because I am not going to’ they add ‘or your wife’ and it’s very entertaining to see my macho gruff not-touchy feely Dad talk about my future husband, pause, and then add ‘or your wife’ very uncomfortably. 

So at the beginning of corona I was all over Pinterest Tumblr, so I came across the lgbtqia+ stuff and was fascinated and so I get into this and I’m like ‘how did I ever think I was straight’ but to be fair to my sad little ego at least I have some attraction to guys so it’s not as ‘duh’. 

And anyway let me just ‘useless lesbian’ voodoo with you (except maybe not lesbian???) and let’s tell you the story of Amelia. I met her in first grade. Sweet Amelia. Too weird for my liking, I’m a different kind so we don’t mix. Then yuh know we know each other in like fifth grade but in a friend of a friend way. Then in sixth grade I take up this fascination with her hair so I just wander and braid her hair or run my fingers through it in class or something (in a ‘no-homo’ way, right) and it grounds me so I don’t think twice about it. I later hear this is weird, by the way. OH and then during corona I tell her I’m going to...wait for it...rule the world with her. I said I would take over the world and we would rule it together and live in a castle with books and everything she could ever want (IN A “NO HOMO WAY” wtf me) and told her things that would be part of our life and just talked about a better life for us. It didn’t. Even OCCUR to me that promising someone a better life like TAKING OVER THE WORLD FOR THEM was so. so. gay. Oh yeah. And I wanted to let her know my problems even though I myself don’t really know. Yeah. Plus, when I texted her (every day) I apparently super smiled and my Mom was like ‘you texting a boy’ and I’m like ‘??? no just Amelia’.

So. My gay awakening. I am literally an idiot. It took me an entire year to figure out how absolutely gay it was to promise someone a castle and all that.
