Unsure how much of this game I will translate, as the HaruToki games are quite long. I would like to translate the prologue at least, as I have had fun playing the game recently!
I have been unable to find a translation of any HaruToki games except for a partial translation of 3. However, there are in-depth summaries on the Koei wikia of several characters and their routes for quite a few of the games. If there is already a translation of HaruToki 4, then please do let me know!

Prologue: The Call of a Distant Voice
Ninohime: Are you really going to go this late at night, Ane-sama?
Ichinohime: I don’t have a choice. The Dragon God has yet to display any sign of their blessing.
Ninohime: Even so, it’s...
Ichinohime: Mother is unwilling to permit otherwise herself, so I truly have no other option. The only concern I have is that I am leaving you behind at such a young age... Still, I am certain that this bow will guide your way.
Ichinohime hands the bow to her sister, a magical power emitting from the weapon as it is given to Ninohime
Ichinohime: Until the day I return, please, take care of Mother.
Ninohime’s Thoughts: My elder sister has always been a kind person, but she had told me a single lie that day. Ever since that night, my sister has not returned to our country.
Ninohime’s Thoughts: In our land, where we had been granted the divine protection of the Dragon, the Princesses are not permitted to fall in love unless given the Dragon’s blessing.
Ninohime’s Thoughts: After a number of years had passed, people began to say that Ichinohime of the Land of Nakatsu had abandoned her country for the one she loved.
Ninohime’s Thoughts: My country was soon ruined.
Narrator: Also known as the land of lush and bountiful reed plains, the Land of Nakatsu was home to the Dragon. Granted by the countless deities that filled the heavens and the earth, the land was blessed with clean water and bountiful, flourishing harvests.
Narrator: An Emperor of a foreign country, having crossed the seas with an army of soldiers, ordered an attack on this land. Though the Queen of Nakatsu prayed to the Dragon God, the foreign country claimed her life with their swords. The palace fell, the country began to decline, and the Dragon was silenced.
Narrator: Nakatsu, no longer able to hear the voice of their Dragon, became filled with malevolent deities who sowed deafening calamity upon the land. The bountiful land was now akin to a land of perpetual night.
Narrator: The people looked to the Heavens and begged them for guidance. A golden light shone through the clouds as a bird descended from the heavens and flapped it’s wings, heralding the appearance of the Dragon God’s Priestess.
Lore Terms
[Dragon God: The God worshiped in the Land of Nakatsu. It’s appearance is that of a dragon.]
[Ichinohime: The Queen of the Land of Nakatsu’s first daughter. She is well known for her great spiritual power.]

The man in this event speaks English, so to better establish he is speaking another language, his text will be in [Brackets].
MC’s Thoughts: I see. So this is the road that I’ll be taking to school everyday.
Foreign Man: [Excuse me].
MC’s Thoughts: Huh!? Wh-what!? Is he talking to me? This guy from overseas just suddenly started talking to me. What do I do...?
Foreign Man: [Please, tell me the way to the station].
MC’s Thoughts: Y-you’re speaking too fast; I have no idea what you’re saying! What do I say at a time like this?
MC: E-erm, [P-please], could you speak a little more slowly, plea - wait... The rest of that wasn’t English at all!
A limousine stops beside MC and Foreign Man, Makoto stepping out of it
MC’s Thoughts: H-huh? Someone got out of that car, are they... coming over here?
Intelligent Man: [May I help you?]
MC’s Thoughts: He’s talking to the foreigner in my place... Even better, he’s fluent in English. Is he a returnee? He seems really composed, as well as smart... I wonder if he’s a university student?
Intelligent Man: Hey, you.
MC: Y-yes!?
Intelligent Man: For you to not understand English to such an extent... I don’t recognize your face; which school do you attend?
MC: U-um, I just moved here, but I’m going to be attending the school nearby.
Intelligent Man: What!? To not only have such a poor grasp of English, but to pass the transfer test despite that... I can’t believe my school has erred to such a level.
MC: ‘My school’... So you also go to Saint Louis? I thought for sure you were a university student.
Makoto: I am a 3rd Year student, Makoto Ninomiya.
MC: I’m a 2nd Year transfer student, MC.
Makoto: A 2nd Year!? I don’t believe this. Your level of English is atrocious. Minus 10 points.
MC’s Thoughts: Why am I suddenly being rated over this!? Still, it’s true that my English does suck, so it’s not like I can deny it.
Makoto: You said you just moved here, correct? In that case, I’ll take you home. Get in the car.
MC: Oh, thank you very much...
MC’s Thoughts: Whoa, that is an amazing car... Is this a limousine!?
Makoto and MC get in the car...
Makoto: What’s the matter?
MC: I was just surprised that you had such a luxurious car... Um, Senpai, could it be that your house is related to the Ninomiya Conglomerate?
Makoto: Indeed, it is... What of it?
MC: N-nothing...
MC’s Thoughts: When it comes to large industries, the Ninomiya Conglomerate is right next to the Uzuki Corporation in terms of scale... I’ve become acquaintances with someone really amazing, and so suddenly too.
MC’s Thoughts: Makoto-senpai, huh... He seems strict, but he got of his car earlier and helped me out. He’s even escorting me home in this car, so I’m certain he’s a kind person.
MC’s Thoughts: I’m sure school will be a lot of fun with a Senpai like him. St. Louis High... I can’t wait for the Opening Ceremony.
April - 1st Week - Weekdays | Riverbed
MC: Ah~
MC's Thoughts: The wind blows through here so pleasantly, what a good spot. The perfect place to take a walk.
Dog: *bark bark*
MC's Thoughts: Oh, I hear a dog nearby. I see, this must be a pretty good place to take your dog for a walk too.
MC: ...Hm?
MC's Thoughts: What's that sound...? It's like a sign that something is coming towards me with amazing force...
Dog: *HOOOWLS*
The dog knocks over MC
MC: *small shriek* Wh-what!? Woah, you're a big boy, aren't you!
Dog: *bark bark!*
Yamato: Hey, John! Stop that!
Dog (John): *pants*
Yamato: Ah, are you okay? Sorry for John coming over and bothering you. Here, grab my hand.
MC: Huh? Oh...
MC's Thoughts: This blond guy is really beautiful... Is he... a foreigner? And that smile of his... It's lovely...
Yamato: ...Hello? Can you hear me? Oh, did you get hurt somewhere!?
MC: Ah, no, I'm fine! I do need to get up, but I'm alright!
Yamato: I'm glad. Then, here, let me help you up.

John jumps up at Yamato and begins to lick him

Yamato: Hey, c'mon, John! Stop that!
John: *woof, woof!*
Yamato: Hahaha... I said stop, boy...! That tickles, y'know!
John: *howls!*
Yamato: S-stop... Ahahaha!
MC's Thoughts: The two of them look like they're having fun. Somehow, it looks just like a scene straight out of a foreign movie.
Yamato finally gets John to calm down and get off of him...
Yamato: Phew~ ...Oh man, I showed you a really embarrassing side of me just now.
MC: Don't worry, I didn't think you were anything like that...
Yamato: Oh, crap! I need to get going.
MC: Oh... U-um.
Yamato: If we see each other again, let's introduce ourselves properly!
MC: O-of course!
Yamato: See you around!
John: *bark*
Yamato runs off, John on his heels...
MC's Thoughts: He left... To take care of such a large and dignified dog, that Yamato guy must be pretty rich. He lives in such a different world from me... I wonder, will we really meet again?
Yamato: Hurry up, John! If we don't get back soon, our part-time job earnings are gonna get cut!
John: *howls*
MC: ...Huh?
MC's Thoughts: He has a part-time job... What could it be?
Ok so heart events are change up a bit. Here is Gray new yellow heart event,do not worry his old yellow heart event is still there it is now his green heart event. Here is a really rough translation one what is going on here
You go into the blacksmith where Gray is watching over the shop because Saibara left to run some errands. Gray notice your sickle is a litte worn down and ask you to wait for Saibara to come back and fix it. You ask him too fix it, he is reluctant at first but fixes it anyway. After he is done repairing it he say that he was very nervous but he work hard on it. He say that since you two are dating(best friends) he’ll like to help you out more. You say you’d like that. Saibara comes back and notice that Gray fixed your sickle. He says Gray did a good job but is still lacking something. Gray is happy to be praised by his grandpa and question what it is that he is lacking. You say that he needs more confidence, he says ever since he met you that his clouded mind has became more sunny he thanks you.
Pete asks about Saibara’s whereabouts, noticing his absence.
Gray: Grandpa’s out on an errand right now. Sorry, but if you have any business here, you’ll have to come back later.
Pete nods in understanding.
Gray: ...Hm? Pete, that sickle... isn’t there a chip in the blade?
Pete, curious about his equipment and Gray’s question, pulls out his sickle.
Gray: Thought so... It’s just a small one, but it is damaged. Wait for a little bit. I think I'll be able fix something like this...
Gray: Oh, wait... After all, maybe it would be better if we waited for Grandpa to get back. If I tried to fix it, it’s possible that I’d make some sort of terrible mistake.
Pete is quiet for a moment, then smiles while telling Gray that he’d like Gray to do the work!
Gray: Huh? You want me to fix it?
Pete nods.
Gray: ...Alright. You have nothing to worry about. I’ll mend it good and proper. Because it’s an important tool of yours, Pete.
Gray gets to work, heading over to the furnace with the sickle. Time passes...
Gray: Pete... I did it. It was a complete fix.
Gray hands back the sickle.
Gray: I’m glad it went well... I was kind of confident. Grandpa told me that, if I thought I was able to fix something, then I could do it.
Gray: This is the first time I’ve done repairs for someone, so I was seriously nervous. My hands are covered in sweat.
Gray: But it was your tool, Pete. That made me want to fix it.
Pete quietly listens to Gray...
Gray: I’ve thought about this for a long time. About...how even though I’m a blacksmith, I’m still just an apprentice smith, so there isn’t much I can do to help you with your ranch, Pete.
Gray: Even so, when it comes to maintaining and repairing your tools... If it’s something like that, then isn’t that a way I can help you with your job, Pete? It’s for that reason that I’ve been training harder and harder, in order to become a full-fledged blacksmith.
Gray: ...Even if I can only do a little, I want to be able to support you.
Choices: You’re really cool. / You don’t need to think about it that much.
Pete says he thinks Gray is cool, admiring him.
Gray: R-really? I just think that it’s natural to want to help your boyfriend Best Friend like this... Still, it does make me happy that you said that. Thank you.
Saibara enters his shop, returning from his errand.
Saibara: I’m back.
Gray: Oh, Grandpa...
Saibara notices Pete and his sickle, becoming curious.
Saibara: Welcome, Pete. That sickle of yours... Gray, did you do the repairs for it?
Gray: ...Yeah, I did.
Saibara is silent, contemplating this information...
Saibara: ...You’ve still got a long way to go. But... you’ve gotten better.
Gray is surprised at his Grandpa’s praise!
Saibara: Looks like you’re finally beginning to understand what you’ve been lacking. Continue to show diligence (towards your training).
Saibara goes to his room, leaving Pete and Gray alone once more.
Gray: Haha... I did it! Though I’m no longer training for the sake of getting Grandpa’s recognition... It makes as happy as I thought it would.
Pete nods.
Gray: But... what did he mean by ‘what I lack’?
Pete laughs, happily telling Gray his thoughts. Gray is surprised by Pete’s words.
Gray: I need to have confidence...? That’s true... I don’t really have much confidence in my skills.
Gray: I see... Because of that, I may have been losing opportunities to grow, or have even gone backwards.
Pete nods, agreeing with Gray.
Gray: ...Thank you. Because of you becoming my boyfriend Best Friend, Pete, the fog that’s clouded my eyes has slowly lifted, as if you’re clearing it away like the sun.
Gray: Now might be the best time for me work even harder. ...Keep watching me. I’ll definitely become a full-fledged blacksmith!
Won stares at the scattered apples on the floor in bafflement...
Won: Well, that was careless of me... I was about to separate these apples by their type when I wound up scattering the lot. I can’t even see the difference between them.
Won thinks on this predicament for a bit longer, then reaches a conclusion.
Won: Well, it’s fine. So long as no one notices, I can still make a fair profit. With that decided, I should clean this up before anyone comes by.
Before Won can tidy up, he turns around and spots Pete...
Won: ...
Won stares at Pete silently for a bit, then leaps back in surprise!
Won: H-h-h-h-how long have you been standing there, Pete-san!? Did you hear all of that, by any chance?
Pete nods, causing Won to go silent for a moment.
Won: I-I was merely jesting. A merchant such as myself can obviously tell the difference between these apples.
Pete stares at Won, dubious of the salesman’s response. Won, realizing this... picks up an apple.
Won: If I give this to you, then you must not tell a soul about this incident.
Pete is quiet for a second, then accepts the bribe.
Won: Now then... I need to clean this up, so I’d like you to leave.
Gray: Pete, there’s something I’d really like to ask you today.
Pete asks Gray what it is.
Gray: Pete, do you... do you have an interest in fashion, by any chance?
Choices: I am! / I’m not interested at all.
Pete says he is! Gray is happy to hear this.
Gray: I see. I’m glad to hear that.
Pete asks Gray why he did he want to know that?
Gray: I came here today for a reason. I have something I want to give to you, Pete.
Pete is curious about what it is, then Gray hands it to him.
Gray: I thought about what would suit you, Pete, and made this bracelet for you. I hope you like it. I got nervous, wondering if you might not want something like this... But from the look of things, you seem pretty happy with it.
Pete confirms he is with a smile and musical note!
Gray: Also, keep this a secret from Grandpa, but I made it myself from scratch. It’s not as good as my Grandpa’s work, but I can at least make something like this now. I’d already decided that, if I was able to craft it, then I would give it to you as a present, Pete.
Pete is happy!

MC: *sighs* ...He’s such a cute guy, so long as he’s quiet. I’m really feeling anxious about my school life now.
After playing Kai!, I looked up the Storm Lover series, and saw that it had a sequel. Unable to find any translations for it, I decided to translate certain parts of it for my enjoyment.

MC’s Thoughts: ‘St. Louis High’. One of Tokyo’s leading schools focused on preparing their students for university. They say a lot of the students are from the upper class, but how many of them are? Still, the admission exam was seriously hard. I’m sure there are a lot of amazing people here.
MC’s Thoughts: My transfer... right, I’m a 2nd Year high school student, aren’t I? I was a 1st Year up until now, so to attend this school as a 2nd Year... I’m worried about how well I’ll do here.
MC looks up at the sky again.
MC’s Thoughts: The vapor trails that were in the sky earlier have already vanished. A shame my worries won’t vanish just as easily...
