Maybe my life is so damn boring that I don't find the same amusement in fanfiction anymore. Reading unrealistic scenarios used to bring me joy and whimsy but lately it's just... Sad, I guess. Reality hits like a truck.

I try to chant the "work on yourself and it will come" stuff but damn have I not worked like a bitch in the last 5 years. Hasn't worked yet. It's like I took a loan so fucking long with no expectation to pay it off but keep paying it anyway because.

God knows I've been sleeping early+eating-well+exercising+drinking water hard+talking to others. Where's my reward for putting up with all that impossible crap? Hello, some serotonin? Will to live?

People talk shit about Moira X but damn, first life reset I had I'd be trying to do a 180° change in my life. And she was a genius cientist, best I could do is try to buy bitcoins (good luck sending money to the internet in my country in 2009) at the beginning and not spend so much on comic books and plushies.

Maybe I could even make an yt channel about pop music. Releasing pop hits before their time. Idk if it would ever be famous, BUT HEAR ME OUT, I only had to strike right once, like "Where Have You Been" or "Poker Face".

Or Minecraft. You couldn't go wrong with Minecraft back then.

Commented with a new internet friend, that I thought I had common interests with, about some background stories I made for my fanfics. I was expecting a reaction, but all they answered was "I don't know what to comment about that".

Guess that's on me for trying to show any character. Back to wearing the usual masks.

When I write my silly fanfics, I often struggle to find words. Literally. Dictionary-hopping often helps, but sometimes I open the "friendliest" AI available to have an honest talk. Then I start typing everything context to help it get me the right word (or idea) for my sentence. Sometimes it works so well it's almost eerily.

Maybe I'll even pick one of the better options because what I imagined is suddenly inappropriate compared to the results. Or it doesn't, returning some generic shit straight out of a dictionary or something I already thought myself. It makes me laugh thinking "damn, AI is dumb like me" and I'm not even trained with half of the internet content. I specially like when it gives me excerpts from other works, like book paragraphs or poem verses. It has the "I'm not the first thinking that" feeling, in a positive way.

Writing is fun.

A scene where (Heartsteel) Kayn is asking his dad Zed for relationship advice because he doesn't have experience with serious relationships. Man only cared about music, so finally finding someone special who can endure his shenanigans means that he can't fuck it up.

Zed, happily married to Syndra (who has a fiery temper like her Runeterra counterpart), in his most responsible dad pose ☝️🧐, says "Unless it's something serious, leave it. A happy lady is better than being right".

Kayn, like a scholar, is attentively writing that down. ✍️

I just had a therapy session and my therapist was telling me when I was referencing a meme about being unemployed for months and aggressively job hunting (sadly my experience), but many positions being filled by referrals no matter how good your resume is.

I also have too many of characters I don't care about because it was cheaper buying them together than just the ones I wanted. Capitalism.

I still have to make a Valorant friend in real life to gift them and get rid of this cursed stuff as I am disgusted of seeing Satan spawn herself among my things.

I waited the whole week for the Mizuki lore drop and it was... Lackluster, I guess. Not that I expected a super production, it just gave nothing new, that wasn't already on his story (somehow people were surprised by Mr. Yoshiro existing even though the Yamagamis are mentioned in Kiriko, Genji and Hanzo's lore lol). But that's on me for picking favorites.

But!

I did have fun because he looked like one of those guys you see advertised on mafia games, like lvl 1 Thug x lvl 100 Mafia Boss. Except my boy probably is on the lower end of the mafia hierarchy and will join Overwatch before getting any upgrades.
