Suck in a loop of getting so paranoid I have a random disorder because I share a few symptoms so I have to research the disorder like 17 times just to make sure and having symptoms that relate to OCD so now I just keep relatively checking OCD symptoms but that is symptom in itself so I'm checking again and again
