hi. I haven’t stopped thinking about how Lola was almost in Duck Dodgers (more info under the cut)

Intern for the Protectorate who works as I.Q Hi’s lab assistant, but sometimes gets assigned to help Captain Dodgers with missions when the Doctor needs a break from her when it’s a slow day. This happens a lot.

The same personality-wise as Lola from TLTS, but not as dumbed-down. Clumsy and often airheaded, yes, but a lot of that is chalked up to a lack of experience. The girl knows her way around space tech.

Her carefree personality actually makes her really efficient as I.Q Hi’s assistant. Makes it easier to see the forest through the trees. He’ll spend hours overthinking a plan or a formula and she’ll give it one glance and be like “oh did you try carrying the one?” And it’ll work and he’ll be like AM I LOSING MY MIND?

According to the early pitch, she was in charge of the “ship’s weapons”, so I made her a bit of a weapons aficionado. She develops her own in her spare time, but they haven’t been properly tested…

Despite all this, she’s still inexperienced when it comes to field work. The point of her going on Dodgers’ missions specifically is to keep him from screwing up, but really she’ll go along with anything he says since that’s what she’s used to doing as an intern. They do have a higher success rate with her around though.
