The Celestial Dragon had made it into orbit on the planet, and Sam along with others had boarded a shuttle to land on the planet. He was actually very excited as they landed near the capital.

He walked off the transport and had a big smile. "Well, looks like we should be about ready to attend the festivals." He said with a bit of excitement in his voice. Now the only question was, what to do first.

"Well theres plenty other stalls to try. A festival like this is usually packed with all kinds of food and snacks." He remarked as he gave Lenore a small nibble.

Corvus also give Edgar and corvis a small nibbles too "well, why are we waiting for.... Let's go and try it together, if you don't mind" She said to Sam

"I'd be happy to. Vior went off to watch the jousting tournament. So she should be fine on her own." He said as he took Corvus' hand and led her to more stalls. The smell of all kinds of food, be it meat, baked goods or otherwise, filled the air.

Well, in her eyes, this noble in a golden flamboyant armour, reminds her too much of her certain prideful, arrogant brother of hers, but she is gonna watch how this turns out while having both her children in her laps, holding them securely in her large arms.

So he took it upon himself to lead her. He broat her over to a pastry stall and got a few jelly tarts. Ones that were freshly baked and oozing jelly out of them.

After a few matches, the king then announces the next. "The next competitors will be from House Von Drakon, and House Von Fafnir!" He announced. The crowd of course jeered at the mention of House Von Fafnir, the infamous and despised House of cowards, bullies, cads, and thieves.

Samual and his opponent stepped forward. The man from Fafnir was in gaudy armor decorated in gold. It was useless in actual combat. But for a sports tournament, it allowed him to show off his house's dubiously earned wealth.

Corvus appear behind Sam like a sneaky wife she was as she also brought the twins too "hubby can you carried leonere for me" She said as she held the crying leonere in her large scarred hand with an awkward look while Edgar just casually perching on her shoulder like a chill baby he was

He smiled as he took the fussy baby. She seemed to cheer up being in her daddy's arms. "Sure thing, dear. Let's go. I'm sure the kids will have fun."

"Indeed, It would be a fun family activities together" Corvus said with a soft tone while Edgar is biting on her pauldron which she gently scoop the little boy onto her arm "no no no don't bite that, you little gremlin" She tease her little son earning the boy a cute pout

Sam snickered at this. "Yeah. I actually plan on participating in some of the tournament games. I actually look forward to the dueling tournament." He replied as Lenore clung to him affectionately as they walked through the festival grounds. One man was offering giant cockatrice legs.

"Well make sure you didn't break your bones first" Corvus said at her poorly attempt on cheering her husband up as she carried Edgar in her arms, the boy still poutly as usual while walking through the festival grounds "speaking of invitation, I'm sure my siblings would arrive too and enjoy this lovely festival" She remarks

"I'm sure they would. I have a feeling Jagatai will love the actual hunt. Anyway, you hungry? Some of these food stands are smelling good, and I have been missing some Cadmusian food."

Corvus's ring like irises perk up in excitement when food Is mentioned "oh I would love to try it, bet it would be delicious" She said almost got excited like a happy Raven she was. Corvis, her loyal pet Raven agrees.

He laughed a bit at this. "Then you are going to love this." He said as he brought her to the stall giving out cockatrice meat. They were MASSIVE. The leg alone looked like it could feed a whole family of base line humans. The man behind the stall was even using a knife as big as a sword to cut the meat.

"Oh perfect, I would like to try one" Corvus said to Sam with excited tone before she put Edgar on her shoulder again, the little boy just hug the bird as it caws softly

He nodded as he brought them to the stand, and ordered a big helping of cockatrice meat. The man nodded of course and began to cut right into the massive dragon bird meat. Though next to a primarch, a single leg looked like a turkey drumstick.

Corvus pick up the cockatrice leg and take a huge bite of it's meat with a smile "woah, this texture of the meat is very soft and juicy" She compliment since she never have this delicious food before

Sam nodded. "Oh yeah. Cockatrice is the most loved food on Cadmus." He said as he took his slices of meat. He put a small bit of sauce on his to really help the flavors pop with the spices.

"Much better than the prison food I got very use to when I was a kid" Corvus said as she happily ate the cockatrice meat with delight
