The problem with peaceful protest is that peaceful suppression isn't a thing. There's no way to peacefully destroy neighborhoods, hike prices into homelessness, survey and kidnap and kill children, strip away rights, or erase history. Their first avenue was violence because they do not see us as humans worth peace. Which means your avenue needs to be open to violence too.

hiii im a big fan of the sea cliffs and underwater viewing at ny aquarium, i spend so much time with the seals... wanted to say thank you for your incredible work and also ask you how you got started in this line of work? I want to get involved but don't know how. thanks so much!!!

I got started with a lot of luck. I was in a Construction Management degree program. I got a call from my resume being posted on a state work development website.

Really, tho, I started in our carpentry shop building exhibits and once I completed my degree, I started taking a more managerial roll.

There’s only a handful of exhibit manufacturer companies around the country. Maybe ten to twenty?

Learning and knowing how things are built is the biggest tip I have. Then be able to translate that into providing your services. Learn Google sketch up or AutoCAD. Get in on the lower levels. Drafting. Carpentry. Welding. Painting.
