Dinner: medium rare ribeye steak with roasted garlic, thyme and rosemary, cream spinach and mashed potatoes. Homemade, from scratch. Celebrating with one of my favorite meals. 4 years ago I packed all my things, took a risk and made the move to LA. 4 years later I'm still here and I'd like to think I'm doing something right.
