Federal ATF Proposal Attempts to Mandate Biological Sex Markers on Firearms and Explosives Licenses, Invalidating Legal Marker Changes and Forcibly Outing Trans Americans

There are still 40 days before the public comments period is over. This will not add meaningful restrictions to obtaining firearms except opening trans americans up to discrimination, and allowing this to go through allows even more precedent for anti-trans legislation. If you are a us citizen, please at least leave a comment against this proposal and share the news. This should be met with resistance at every possible opportunity.
