Louisville’s high school banned all natural hairstyles for black people such as dreadlocks and cornrows

It’s hard to be a black person in America, but it’s even harder when you are not allowed to be yourself at school. At a place that is meant to let you learn something while not having any issues with being natural. 

Here is what you get in American school( Butler High School in Louisville):

“This is absolutely institutionalize racism,” said Butler parent Landie Rucker, whose daughter has attended the school for three years.

There is no way you can find any arguments this SH*T is not RACIST.

So if you have you natural hair, you are banned from school. What’s next? Banning for having brown eyes?

Hi so please vote Hillary so trans people can stay on hormones and go to the bathroom.

It would be nice if you could save your shows of write-in candidate bravado for a year when trans people aren’t being openly attacked and attacks on them literally aren’t part of the Republican platform.

I mean Bernie gave Hillary his endorsement and if he’s obviously gonna vote for her and not himself or a third party I think it’s time to vote for Hillary to not wreck a bunch of people’s lives for the sake of a spiteful political gesture.

So this is a popular topic today so I’m gonna chime in just in case you haven’t seen it on your dash. IF YOU DO NOT VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON - YOU ARE VOTING FOR DONALD TRUMP!! IF YOU DO NOT VOTE - YOU ARE VOTING FOR DONALD TRUMP!! “But, Cole, why? Hillary Clinton is terrible, so is Donald Trump, why can’t I vote for a 3rd candidate?” Because here’s the deal: Independent candidates and Democratic candidates usually wrong along parallel platforms, so one way or another, majority will be ok. Republicans, however, run on a totally different platform that isn’t even on the same grid as the democratic and independent and they WILL vote for the person who is fighting for their exclusive, archaic, negative “traditional” values. So what does that mean? It means that a third candidate DOESN’T SPLIT THE REPUBLICAN VOTE! It splits the democratic and when, in this particular election, if you split the democratic vote into a 3rd party, you’re slashing our numbers, making Republicans the dominant party. ANY OTHER ELECTION, you can vote for a 3rd party! Voting for Tom Hoefling in 2012 would have been alright because Mitt Romney wasn’t absolutely insane. Voting for Ross Perot would have been OKish in 2008 because John McCain wasn’t 100% awful. But voting 3rd party in 2016? You could not make a bigger mistake. Donald Trump is an absolute MONSTER and we, as Americans, can NOT allow that man to become president! He’s been endorsed by white supremacists, his party has purposed the most anti-LGBT+ platform IN HISTORY, and he has not purposed, BUT PROMISED, a ban on immigrants and called for a tagging system to identify Muslims! But you’d rather sit around and talk about some god emails and vote for a 3rd party?? You don’t have to like Hillary Clinton, you don’t. I’m not telling you. I’m telling you that if, right now, you don’t stand with her, this country will fucking DISINTEGRATE before our eyes and we won’t be able to stop it.

NYPD Pulls Headscarves of Muslim Girls at “Stop and Frisk”

Lamis Chapman, 12, and Khalia Wilson, 14, were brutally thrown to the ground by the NYPD. The Daily News reports that the two Muslim teenage sisters say the NYPD ripped off their hijabs and shoved them to the ground after they were ordered to leave a Bronx park Monday night, at the Lester Patterson Houses in Mott Haven. Lamis Chapman, 12, and Khalia Wilson, 14, were brutally thrown to the ground by the NYPD. Two Muslim teenage sisters say the NYPD ripped off their hijabs and shoved them to the ground after they were ordered to leave a Bronx park Monday night, at the Lester Patterson Houses in Mott Haven.

Khalia explains the the “Stop and Frisk” encounter, saying “They said they asked for ID. I didn’t hear them.”

Their brother Shytike Wilson, 15, saw the altercation. That’s when he tried to intervene, but he explains that, the police “slammed me on the floor”, placing him under arrest.

A near-by college student, Jonathan Harris, was pepper sprayed and placed under arrest too. 

His crime: recording the police brutality with his cell phone. 

Harris says the police yelled, ”Come here, you little motherf—er.” Then explained the reason for the aggression: “You like recording?”

This was the last thing Harris heard before being engulfed in a haze of pepper spray, then hitting the ground. Harris said an officer caught him and tackled him, pushing his face in the dirt, while a second officer punched him in his face while he was down.

“Where’s the phone?” the police yelled. When Harris didn’t respond, the police threatened:  ”I’ll break your arm.”
