Quarantine 2020
Days are short and long at the same time now
Uh oh, David Fullarton
“Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. You made it, another day. And you can make it one more. You’re doing just fine.”
— Charlotte Eriksson (via wordsnquotes)
I had this very weird dream, but I kinda learnt something from it??? My subconscius is trying to tell me something I guess..
Okay, so.. I bought myself a new body from the flee market (yes..u read that correctly) It was my dream body. So beautiful, thin and it had tattoos! Then I had an operation where the salesman attached my head to the new body I had just purchased.
But after that I was unhappy with my new body. I thought it was fat and the tattoos looked ugly now too. (and it had extra nipples :D) I cried and wanted my old body back because I didn't feel like myself anymore. I went to the fleemarket and "returned the item", had the operation and then woke up.
Moral of the dream: My body isnt the problem, the way I see myself is.
If you’re ever feeling stuck, get up and stretch your body. Sometimes it is actually the stagnant energy flow in our energetic body and the stagnant lymph flow in our lymphatic system that is causing us to feel mentally and emotionally stagnated. When we stretch, we allow our energy and our lymph to flow through our body, helping us to flow in alignment with ourselves and helping our natural creativity and intuition to flow through us.
