I’ve been wanting to distance myself from everyone recently but idk if that’s gonna help bc it feels like it’s just gonna make it worse

I think today’s the day I truly become numb to all this shit

It’s hard letting go when you miss them constantly

But constantly living in a state of self inflicted torture is going to make me put a gun in my mouth and I’m sure there would be some people who would find comfort in that

But maybe there’s a little more to see in this lifetime. Maybe there’s another person I’ll genuinely love again out there. I won’t know unless I stick around. And even if there isn’t, the memories I have of the good times or the times that stuck with me over the years when I’d get this wave of comfort just walking in the door after work, those feelings and memories are enough to last me a lifetime. I even got 3 bundles of joy out of it. Most people don’t even meet the love of their life, much less have the chance to have children with them.

So, I’m happy I got to meet you. To love you. I wouldn’t go back and change a thing.
