Five ways to find your next book
Whether you’re a brand new or longtime Readmill reader, you’ve likely encountered this common scenario. You’ve got a few minutes to spare, and you’d love to turn your attention to a great book. You open up the Readmill app and find your library empty, or filled with books that just aren’t right for right now.
If this sounds familiar, here are a few ways to discover your next read.
Select free books from Explore
Explore is the fastest, simplest way to find your next book. There you’ll find a curated selection of free books to read anytime. After you’ve opened the app, Explore is the second icon from the left. To start reading, tap any cover you’d like, then select “Add to library.”
Search for an author or title
If you’re looking for a specific author or title, you can search from the iOS app (select the magnifying glass in the top left corner of Explore) or on the web. If the book is available for free, you’ll see a green “Add to library” button. Otherwise, you can read the summary and reviews, then head over to one of our partner stores to purchase the book.
Check your feed
Often the best recommendations come from friends. From the iOS app, you can view your feed to see what people you follow have been reading lately. After you open the app, it's the second icon from the right.
Visit our partners
Readmill isn’t a store, but we’ve partnered with many stores and publishers that offer compatible ebooks. Many of them provide the Send to Readmill button, which allows you to send your purchase to your Readmill library in one click.
Upload your own books
Sometimes it turns out the book you really want to read is the one you already own. You can upload your EPUB or PDF books anytime on the web, import books from Dropbox on your iOS device or import books from your Android device.

The creative process, like a good story, needs to start with a great leap of lightness, and that is only attainable through a suspension of disbelief.

New for Android: Sync your entire library
Today we're pleased to introduce our most requested feature for Android: support for PDF and DRM-protected books. With today's update, you can sync your entire Readmill library and read the same books on all your devices.
If you already have PDF and DRM-protected books in your library, they'll now appear in the app. You can also add them to your library as you would any other book. Here's how.
Download the latest Android update and give it a try. We can't wait to hear what you think.
