the walking dead: much like the original TLOU canon joel was with tess at the start, however instead of agreeing to escort ellie in return for their weapons they met her by pure coincidence after she’s been separated by marlene. they agree to only take her back there but after several struggles (perhaps tess getting bitten? who knows? please not) they finally find out she’s immune to walker bites for some reason or at least doesn’t show signs of reacting to them and basically it’s TL;DR: they’re with ellie and idk
