Hello people! Sorry for not posting anything for such a long time but it's the end of the semester and I am sooo busy it's not even funny... (unless you're my best friend in which case stop laughing at my misery) But anyways, despite that, I've realized that I still get new followers everyday and people are messaging me some really nice things telling me their stories and so thank you for that. To commemorate, I've been asked to do a drawing of the next reason and this is it! I'm not all that great with Photoshop so the hand drawing looks better but whatevs! This is as good as it will get. Thx a million again for all the support and please be patient with me. As soon as my exams are done, I will try posting more often :) <3 <3 <3
I work out, but I eat back all the calories I burn >< I've lost motivation to stick with my diet, so here's to hoping your blog will help me ;_;
I really hope it does! Try to keep in mind that eating too much isn't worth it. Here are some tips I use to dissuade myself from eating too much. 1. Try to remember the feeling of dread you get when you indulge so the next time you want to, you'll think back to that feeling and resist. 2. Before you eat, go look for motivation on Tumblr or wherever else. Maybe that will persuade you otherwise. 3. I've also tried calling someone and asking then if they could convince me not to ruin my diet. 4. Make a list of the personal benefits you'll get from losing weight. 5. Remember, if you don't do it now, then when? Regret is the worst... 6. Don't restrict yourself too much during the day or you might get hungrier later and eat more. 7. If you must have a snack in big quantities, make it healthy (like fill your stomach with vegetables (no dip) so you won't be hungry anymore) 8. Drink a whole bunch of water on the spot (to also fill your stomach)Anyways! Hope this helps! Keep me posted on that diet :D
