And that I need the parakeet bones to make a necklace for the woman who fixed my antique cello.

And that I got the cello as payment for juggling at a child’s birthday party.

Um, hi. Yeah, still here, still alive. Apologies that I haven’t been around much in the past several months. We lost one of the guys in my dept at work, and one of the others is in school, so my hours are crazy and all over the place. Add to that choir rehearsal for a big concert this spring and... yeah. I haven’t even had time to complete Trespasser and I’ve had it since it came out. *sigh*

Still, if anyone is interested... I’d like to get some RPs going again. It keeps my writing skills sharp, and I think I need that. Hit my inbox if interested in plotting.

Sorry I’ve been gone. Holiday season in retail is pure hell. Also, it was a very sad Christmas for me, as I had to send my sweet Loki kitty across the Rainbow Bridge two days before Christmas. He had a stroke that morning and was drowning from the fluid built up around his heart. I brought his ashes home this past Thursday and his urn will be arriving tomorrow. His sister has taken to sleeping in the spots where he used to lay and is still confused by his absence, though she sniffed pretty hard around the container holding his ashes the other day.

Someone stop me. I’m already writing AC Syndicate fanfic in my head and I am only halfway through the game.

Unlike in the other games there seems to be no way to pause dialog or cut scenes, it’s really annoying when my mother tries to talk to me and I can’t pause the game! At least one of them needs a pause button :)

Is this thing on?  Oh, yeah, looks like it’s working. Soo... yeah. I’ve been gone from here for a good long bit. I needed to get some space and get my head clear and do the real life thing for a while.

6 months... so what’s happened? Started seeing an absolutely wonderful man, but he lives about 5 hours away, so I’ve been traveling a lot for weekend visits. Been working my tail off at work. Went to DragonCon. I saw Master Chief, an Inquisitor, sooo many Belle and Beasts, and John Barrowman in a dress and red pumps. It was awesome. Planned one of my costumes for next year already. Started writing on my DA2 story again.

Now, I’ll be back on here in a limited basis... as in, as my time allows for it. I miss all of my writing partners...

So, I finally finished my first playthrough of DA:I. I was a bit disappointed with the final boss fight; only took ten minutes and I didn't die once. But the after credit scene...

My reaction was somewhere along the lines of "WHAT THE EVERLOVING FUCK!!!! Oh, that doesn't bode well..."

Welp, time to start a new playthrough or start Watch Dogs or Unity.... decisions, decisions....
