Fritz in his emo era
Thought about procrastinating by drawing Frederick I, now I am procrastinating the drawing
So… I have a similar copy of Candide” it is standing on the shelf, with cover having Voltaire’s portrait on it (not like in the picture, it’s takes the full cover) and whenever I walk into a room and see this french eyes looking at me it’s like a jump-scare. I get a heart attack every time
(I remembered the password hura)
Baby, I'm so sorry.
took me long enough to make this meme with Frederick the great and Frederick William I
"If you turn the scorpion round, that will mean to me, when I return, that you have said yes. The grasshopper will mean no.'... And he again laughed like a drunken demon and left me. Oh, his last words were, "The grasshopper! Be careful of the grasshopper! A grasshopper does not only turn: it hops! It hops! And it hops jolly high!'" POV: You're a young Swedish soprano and a deranged sewer goblin is proposing you.
Baby, I'm so sorry.
My hatred for Napoleon x Aleksandr enjoyers is getting stronger
The blatant characterization of them is strange. It’s got to a point of fetishizing and it’s not normal anymore AT ALL. They’ve lost track that these were real ppl and it can be really gross to see. I’ve also found that most people who enjoy the more meaningful relationships throughout Napoleon’s life always seem more mature and interesting than those who enjoy his obsession with Aleksandr and a lot of napalex enjoyers I’ve met have been either rude, over sensitive, or problematic in some way.
THIS- I was laughing so hard when I originally saw it
