It's finally here: the sim dump I promised approximately 500 years ago. I'm picky and I'm sorry!!! I feel so so very pleased with how all these families turned out though... so I guess I'm not super sorry... but still, I know this took forever. Forgive me ❤️.

I mean, to put things into perspective:

The Sims 1 didn't allow formal same-sex marriage. However, the game was so simple that it couldn't really recognize a difference between a household of two same-sex sims and two opposite-sex sims. It just knew there was a household with two sims who had a romantic relationship. Basically, there were two options in the first game: "Get Married" which was available for opposite-sex sims, and "Move In" which was available for same-sex Sims. Both options did the exact same thing, and once the sims were moved into the same household, the game could no longer tell them apart.

The Sims 1 released in 2000. Lawrence v. Texas (the Supreme Court Decision that struck down Texas's anti-sodomy laws and finally gave legal protection to same-sex couples to have sex in the privacy of their own homes) was decided in 2003. It was legal to have gay sex in The Sims franchise three years before it was in all American States.

The Sims 2 (2004) took things a step further. Once again, all actions were the same and the game couldn't tell them apart. The game, however, did not feature gay "marriage." It was purely a UI thing, but The Sims 2 allowed opposite-sex couples to marry, and same-sex couples to enter "Joined Unions."

The Sims 3 (2009) finally leveled things out. Same-sex couples in The Sims 3 can formally get married, and the game will properly recognize the sims as Husbands and Wives. Obergefell v. Hodges (the Supreme Court decision which legalized gay marriage) happened in 2015. Gay Marriage was legal in The Sims franchise six years before it was in all American States.

Jenny has been dating Paul for a few weeks now and is absolutely in love with him. Lyla and Pascal have to sit and listen to her ask him out on dates while they hang out in her bedroom.

She met him at the local pool ,and volunteered to teach him how to be human and how to speak simlish fluently. In this story, his human disguise works, but it’s very uncanny.

Two baby bassinets converted from TS4, one from the latest pack and one from the recent BG update!

These are both cloned with thanks from @hugelunatic‘s bassinet and like that one, these are one tile and for babies only.Toddlers cannot use these.

For the left one (Baby Bliss Bassinet) there are two subsets so you can recolour the wooden frame and bedding separately.

For the right one (Wicker Work Bassinet) you can recolour the legs and the top half separately - the wicker frame that goes around the upper bedding part is not actually separated in the mesh, it’s painted on. So recolouring the legs might mismatch with the “frame” of the upper part.

The whole business of turning OSMPs invisible and then having to find them again in buy mode always puts me off from using them. Thanks to Lamare's tutorial, this will now be done automatically!

These OMSPs will automatically turn invisible when entering live mode and become visible again when entering buy/build mode. They are edits of JohnBrehauts More OMSPs and Even More OMSPs sets. Filenames are identical, so you can just let them overwrite the original files if you already have those in your game.

If you download the invisible recolors from the original sets, you can recolor them like you normally would and the recolor will stick when switching between live mode and build/buy. This is especially useful for lot builders who want to include OMSPs in their builds but don't take pictures with a family living on the lot.

4t2 38 Faaeish Eyebrows

Hiya! This is my first time actually uploading something outside of a Discord server and a successful attempt on actually converting slider adjustable brows (that doesn't have an end of an eyebrow that rejects the thickness slider).

When I saw first saw this eyebrow blog post, "Maxis Match Eyebrows (Male + Female): Sims 4 CC (List)" (go check 'em out), I immediately fell in love, and had to (and, I mean HAD TO) all of Faaeish's existing eyebrows since a lot of them are very unique and beautiful (I hope y'all think so too).

At the moment, the recolouring system I used is Skittles' Hair System. Now in Poppet V2! I'll certainly try my best to upload more eyebrows in different hair systems and I'm planning to upload more eyebrows. I'll also be receiving requests on Simblr and here :3 So, if y'all have a brow in mind, just hit me up. I'll try to convert them as fast as possible.

All brows has been binned and tooltipped. Two options: merged and unmerged. Hasn't been compressed yet.

hi everyone, happy wednesday! as promised, here is kkb's my cherish things set converted for ts2. i thought i was more finished than i truly was, there ended up being lots of little fixes. anyway, i was finally able to complete it over the holiday break! i do apologize for being fairly absent the past few months, i hope to get back into the sims again. that is if my game will stop crashing but we all know how that story goes- as always, please lmk if you run into any issues. enjoy!~⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚
