When your boss gets a new label maker and uses it to make you feel positive and validated every time you look up. I haven't really talked a whole lot about working for @chinbeard and @ladylongshanks , but it's been over a year now and I can honestly say it's been amazing and I'm really excited to be a part of this company's growth and development. Making the switch to a full time job, mostly at a desk has been hard for me, and there have been times when I didn't quite feel like I knew what I was doing or if I was really the right fit for this job. But Bill and Britt inspire me on a daily basis and so often have me doing new and crazy things that I would never get to do at any other job. #Medusa is done and ready to ship! This project was really really fun and totally different from anything else I've tried to do before. I'm super pleased with how lightweight and comfortable the whole thing ended up being! It's all EVA foam. The base and headband are 2mm EVA-70, the snakes are 24mm EVA dowels with armature wire inserted and C4 Foam Clay heads. Received a much needed reminder yesterday while watching @alecsteele work his butt off on his Viking sword. When you get really busy, stressed, tired, frustrated - it's easy to say "good enough."
