So my dumb-butt decided to make a whole new blog.

Now that, had startled her and it caused her to blink a few times. He wanted to wash her hair? Her lips pressed together slightly, pushing them into a thoughtful pout because she knew just how long and time-consuming it was. Kougyoku had been thinking of maybe cutting her hair short. It would be much more manageable and less time consuming for her. With a soft hum, she nodded her head a bit, “It is very diligent to do this all by myself. And very time consuming as well so we might be in here for a moment longer.”

With that being said, she shifted so her back was towards him and she tilted her head back slightly. That was her sign that he may touch her hair and of course, she had never let anyone else other then her beloved adviser touch her hair. It was her one and only joy, her pride. She had never had anything that made her feel proud other then her very own hair. Kougyoku had grown it out, wanting it to be beautiful as a rose itself. She trusted him to not do anything to hurt her.

“Alibaba-dear!” Kougyoku ran up and tackled the blonde in a loving yet fierce hug, a large grin on her face, “Oh how I’ve missed you!”

“Mm, I wonder where everyone is?” Kougyoku sighed to herself.

So I know I have been gone for a long time. Life has been busy for me and I have lost interest of coming back for a while.

But I am trying to come back more and I’ve actually going to set up a fanfic account because I have been feeling the need to write once again. And I am also wondering if there is anyone who is still lurking upon here.

The girl knew that her family wasn’t exactly fond of him but she wasn’t surprised, “Of course.” 

Her country wanted her to only marry them as a political marriage. They hadn’t expected her to actually fall in love with the prince. Kougyoku let out a small sigh and she tilted her head a bit, her lips curling into a small smile as she let Sharrkan pull her along. She briefly wondered what he had planned for her. Of course, she had a feeling that he was going to throw her a party or something along the lines.

She knew him rather well, then - but not quite! Such an event would come much later, whereas now would be the time for relaxation ( at her behest ). Upon reaching more private quarters ( less servants, less interruptions ), the king passed into a separate corridor that led straightaway to the courtyard. They were met with elongated walkways, and statues of the gods; flourishing vegetation, and elaborate designs carved into surrounding walls. The soft lapping of water could be heard from a nearby fountain, where beds of lotuses and poppies were in bloom. All was quiet, in this sanctuary; as pure as a breath of fresh air.

“We’re here~,” came his mirthful introduction - leading his queen to a largely shaded area. There was a blanket set on top of the grass, alongside a small basket filled with the most exotic fruit. Sharrkan assisted her with the adjustment of her dress so she could sit, before taking his own seat. “What do you think?”

Kougyoku’s eyes widened, staring at the scene before her. It was breath taking and beautiful. Her heart thumped within her chest and she felt tears prick the corner of her eyes but she swallowed them down and her lips curled into a sweet smile. Letting him help her with her dress, she rested comfortably and she leaned towards him a bit, her lips brushing against his cheek, “I love it. How on earth did you find this place?”

Her sakura hues sparkled happily as she took in the surroundings. Her heart fluttered once more within her chest, deeply touched by the fact Sharrkan had put so much effort into this picnic. It filled with such a warmth that she felt like she was going to burst with happiness.

Kougyoku giggled softly, her sakura hues sparkling happily as he placed the flowers upon her hair. It was a sweet gesture as her heart fluttered within her chest, “Welcome home. I have missed you~”

Another giggle escaped from her as he placed kisses upon her face. A soft purr rumbled from chest and she easily kissed him back. She gently bit his bottom lip before puling away and snuggled against him once again.

       🔥 “ I missed you too. “ Alibaba can’t help smile against her lips from sheer          joy and hum in content whilst kissing her. He nuzzled her and squished her            a bit in his arms until one of them slides off but because his hand seeks              hers and didn’t stop until found and held hers. “ I also got something                 else for you besides the flowers. It may seem foolish now after a                                                               while but, will you accept it? “

Sakura hues stared up at him with slight confusion but she shook her head none the less. She didn’t think it was foolish at all. She loved anything that he got for her, “What is it?”

Kougyoku was curious. Alibaba had been gone for a while and she truly missed the blonde. Her head tilted slightly as her fingers lightly gripped his own once he had slid his into her own. Her lips curled into a small smile as she gazed lovingly up at him.

“Mm, yes. But I think next time you should come with.” She said lightly, a soft hum escaping from her and she breathed out deeply, snuggling even further against him, “I think I just want to relax with you beforehand.”

And it was true. Kougyoku wanted to relax with Sharrkan before everyone celebrated, let alone with him wanting to celebrate her return to their home. She knew her beloved wanted to celebrate, as he was indeed, a very festive person.

A lukewarm reaction was usually all that he was met with, even when speaking to them from the other side of the world. His presence would more or less distract their occasional reunions, if not get in the way of them. “Maybe next time, when the weather’s good.” Both literally, and figuratively. For now—as requested—they would be relaxing until the eve of the festivities that were to take place. 

And he could think of no better spot than the courtyard - sprawling with added fancies that made it even more luxurious than before. A stroll sounded nice, as well as a brief period in basking amidst the afternoon sun - significantly cooler than most days. He grabbed ahold of her hand, leading her on with a gentle tug.

 Kougyoku beamed happily, easily slipping into the arms of her beloved husband. She snuggled up against him, a soft hum escaping from her as her eyes slipped shut. She had missed her husband, terribly and it had felt like years since she’s seen him. But coming home, it felt amazing. While she loved her brothers, she’d rather be with Sharrkan.

“Indeed,” She hummed out, tilting her head and opened her eyes slightly as her lips curved into a sweet smile, “it was quite a long journey. I do wish I do not have to stay long like that ever again. I missed you.”

“Ah, but it’s good to visit family, ever so often.” Because once they were gone, they were gone - a reality that he’d lived in vivid detail, whilst his own was falling apart. Nonetheless, the admittance of longing was mutual, on both ends; affectionately curling a lock of hair behind her ear. “I missed you too, though.”

And now that she had returned, there was surely need for celebration — a festive sort of gathering ( that definitely hadn’t been planned by him beforehand ). Choosing to instead buy more time until the big event, Sharrkan slid into a new topic. “Is there anything you want to do, right now?”
