Hello sweet petals, you all will refer to me as Mrs. Crimson, though my true name is Chrimera Sonitulipa, 1st bloom.

I am, as I’ve learned, the uniform size for an affini of my bloom. Roughly three times the size of Terran sophonts.

I primarily wear a red sunhat. And a handstitched dress made to mimic the shape of a Terran. And I’m covered head to toe with closed red flowers.

I have 3 eyes, two within the mask i make of a face. And one that can be moved through a series of locations.

Im currently studying Terran culture, with a heavy emphasis on past pieces of Terra long before the Accord.

Fighting an Affini? That is definitely within grounds for domestication if not at least a wardship. Besides, if you weren’t waiting for a wellness check, Shouting that you are ‘fine’ and denying a check that could potentially prove that you are in fact, fine. Feral?! A wellness check from my own species?! Perhaps my growing paranoia was warranted, how foolish I was to push it down with all the other unneeded feelings that just get in the way of my caretaking. Should we not be standing in youngbloom solidarity? Should my moment of weakness not be seen for what it is, a single moment and nothing more?! I'll have you know I openly volunteered for a Wardship some moons ago, and no one showed up therefore I can only assume my peers finally found their sense and realized I am just fine.

Terribly sorry, Ms Crimson I-I don't know what came over me. I apologize for my unsavory display it is just that I've been so... in my own vines lately. Say a sophont’s true self was a beautiful garden, holding flowers of all the colors any sophont could see, and fruits of a million solar systems for sophonts to share and care for. The ruler of the land being your own subconscious for one reason or another.

The ruler has decided that this garden is delicate and fragile and not to be touched, and that no eyes shall ever see it. And so they have a wall built. Yet over much time, the garden misses the sun, it misses the sophonts happily trotting through, those who feast of its fruits and smell of its flowers. And those who care for the garden, watering the flowers and caring for the trees. And after so much time the wall has its moment of weakness, not the breaking point that sends it crumbling. But the humble beginnings of a crack, that a vine, slowly, over much time, will begin to grow through.

Take this moment of weakness as not a deciding factor that will send your entire being into florethood. But a reminder of what the world may be without that wall. For the better of yourself, and the darling sophonts you care for, and care for you.

Oh by the ever bloom I’m rambling. What I meant to say was if you ever need a break, and need a Floret Sitter. I am more than happy to help.

I saw two Affini and their puppy walking the other day. One of the two Affini was also on all fours as if it were a dog. I spoke to it briefly in Affini, yet it didn’t respond, it only barked.
