Today’s test kitchen: eggless chocolate chip cookies! It’s been a while since I small-batched a test cookie, but we needed an eggless variation (which I haven’t had to do in years!!), so here we are. Today’s (yesterday’s 🤫) test kitchen: tomato & potato soup, with a grilled cheese sandwich. My tomatoes were a bit sweet, so I threw in a bunch of cheese and spinach. Lily 08.21.06 - 07.03.21 We helped Lilybean cross the rainbow bridge on Saturday after a super-quick fight with a super-aggressive form of cancer… just 6 weeks shy of her 15th birthday. My girl has joined her two puppy!sisters now, and is most likely busy terrorizing them like she used to so many years ago.
