I wish I stayed happy

I know that a lot of you understand what it’s like to be happy for a time, but will also understand that we can’t stay like that all the time.

I have been off work today, and laying low at my nans house because my parents hate it when I am not in work, they use threats to stop me being off.

But I feel like crap, because I am depressed and stressed, I don’t know what to do so I came to my grandparents and they have helped me so much as they have been so supportive and not angry like my parents get in these cases, I am very lucky to have them.

I know that my life isn’t bad and that is what angers me because I feel like I should be happy. Yet I don’t feel happy.
