Am I wrong for thinking that despite telling voters that he'd have "immigration centres", or whatever theyre calling them, put in areas that voted Green, that they'd only be able to do that if the actual council has a reform majority?? Because you'd be asking the council for planning permission, right? And if the council is mostly green and labour, theyd say no to something that would be detrimental to the area right? So either reform councils are gonna go against the wishes of their constituents (not unlikley) and build them in the reform council areas anyway, or theyre just not gonna get built because they dont have enough votes to get planning permission from the other council??
