God I still just love that there are two kisses in JatP: Luke doing the finger-kiss to Reggie, and Reggie and his meatball sub. They said Reggie deserves all the kisses and they're right.

no unfinished business. ☆ saw @/manaadraws’ no unfinished business challenge the other day, and immediately knew i had to make something! julie & the phantoms means so much to me, and there’s no way i’m just letting it go without a fight. it took a while, but here we go <3

often ray speaks out loud in the studio to talk to rose and for the most part usually the guys are there and will leave to give him privacy. however when it’s only reggie he stays to listen (until it gets too personal or he’s simply too bummed out to keep listening) it happens again and he goes to leave before hearing ray ask rose for a sign he’s doing the right thing. that julie is going to be alright and he’s being a good father. reggie hesitates. thinks to just ignore the comment and leave but he can’t. there’s too strong of a tug in his gut to do something and he can’t shake the feeling so instead reggie pushes one of alex’s drum sticks to the floor and let’s it roll towards the coffee table. it stops under a framed photo of julie preforming with the biggest grin on her face. she’s looks happy and lively, so like herself (so much like her mother) that ray just stares at it and smiles because it’s such a simple reminder that julie has music in her life again. that she has good friends and as long as ray supports her, keeps her on track, then everything can turn out fine. and just as reggie poofs out of the room (now free of the itch to help) he can hear ray out a small ‘thank you’ it gives reggie a different, warmer feeling afterwards
