i really, PERSONALLY, think the problem with having dysautonomia is the constant dehydration. i can deeprock like as much water as my fatass can hold and yet thanks to a COLLINDER holding water better than i do, it takes 10 minutes before i'm lightheaded and feeling sick again. this SUUUUCCCKKKSSSS!!!!!!! having to get water with every meal i have NO MATTER WHERE I AM- like restaraunt or home what have you- because i'll inevitably get ANOTHER headache and need to try and drown myself to make it go away ALSO sucks because what if i just want the damn apple juice. what if i want hot cocoa. what if i want a soda. NOPE even if i get it i need to get the water or my body will be like a cat with a half-empty food bowl and act like it's going to DIE without it.

eating itself is another issue, but tbh i'm p sure it's other things, but the dysautonomia certainly doesn't help it
