As much as I find most of this king of corny (not necessarily unhelpful though), I like the idea of thinking of your body separate from you. I know that it is, but it isn't usually framed that way.

Hormone balancing juice:

So I mentioned that my current goal is 1500 cals and 100 g of protein, so I figured I could post my protein shake recipe.

Protein powder 24g/120cals Almond butter 2g/100cals (Added for healthy fats) Frozen Banana 1g/90cals Frozen Blueberries 0g/40cals Water and/or ice Occasionally we will add other supplements to it, but those are either 0 cals or don't add meaningful cals, so I won't go into listing those.

Update 2/26/2026

I suppose I should try to exist so here's an update lmao.

Not posting weigh ins right now, because I can't decide if that was helping or hurting.

Today I am not really super organized, but there is a thing at work so we're given free food (Pizza), so I didn't bring any other foods. Trying not to think about how many calories are in the pizza.

I've been hella struggling to keep the others to the new plan because there has been so many free snacks at work this week.

I will lock in more next week. I have a solid plan going on. The basic rundown is 1500 calories and at least 100g of protein.

I will be trying to post everything I eat to keep everyone accountable and share recipes and things. :)

Food plan for next handful of days...

So first of all, two things. Yes, this makes the days super repetitive, but we don't usually notice it because different people are fronting. The second thing is that we'll probably end up eating other things as well, such as eggs for breakfast and whatnot.

Anyways...

Lettuce wraps. This was the inspiration:

Originally, I had a few random ideas for dinners but realized that this setup would help the others be able to eat filling stuff that's good for us without stressing me out too much.

I had already planned to pick up chicken at the grocery store, so I can do wraps that are lettuce, chicken, veggies (idk like bell peppers, cucumbers, whatever), maybe a little cheese, and light mayo or another low cal sauce. (~200-250 cals). I also have shrimp in the freezer so I could also do a shrimp version (lettuce, shrimp, avocado, bell peppers, light mayo). (~190-220 cals).

I think this is good bc they can eat more of them without it being a large issue.

I can tell that this is going to get worse, so I am not going to worry about it. I am just going to try to restrict as little as possible.

I'll fail ofc, but maybe not stressing about it will help me get over it faster. 🤷‍♂️
