I'm at home with the family today. We previously planned to go out and exercise but a little person with a cold needed to chill out so we all did. Just checking in before I cook and administer the meds for this cold. I'll be back later with some fun updates. Singing bowl clips have been really awesome to upload and keep to watch later. Let me know if anyone else has begun a holistic therapy that is extremely enjoyable no matter what's going on. :)

California at 44

We made it into California yesterday and already visited my son and a few places with my daughter. The library and Ice Cream shop were my daughters faves today and I think the zoo was really cute. We'll see what's on the agenda for tomorrow. I'll try taking a nap for now.
