âYou can lead a horse to water but you canât make emâ drink.â YOUR health and fitness journey is just that YOURS! One of the scariest parts of the process is starting and then after that, staying with the LIFESTYLE. Itâs not a diet, itâs not something you can eat a piece of cake with every day, and itâs not something you can have given to you. Itâs. All. On. You. So, while thatâs the scariest part, itâs also the most BEAUTIFUL part. We have the PRIVILEGE of working out, eating (some people canât afford to), and the đon top which is the support of an amazing body of souls out to do ALL these things too! Donât think that you can start and there is a stopping point. There isnât! Simple as that. I had to realize that. It can be a hard pill to swallow. Once you do, the sky is the limit! Itâs a beautiful thing to allow yourself 30-60 minutes 4-7 times per week to build the best you INSIDE AND OUT. Becuase honestly, the mental game is the hardest. After 4+ months of not missing one workout (yes, I have to make some up and juggle my schedule. Thatâs life) I now feel what people were talking about back when I was scrolling through social media for motivation. I MADE IT! I can feel the mindset. YOU CAN TOO! I promise!!! The babes that have said yes to this journey and entered my challenge groups and started their journey are BOMB, FIRE, and just like you. We all were at a point that we had started and stopped so many times, gained, lost, and gained, and were fed up! Realizing through these groups by listening and watching those all around you with the same struggles but seeing their progress is the best! It has helped keep my mindset on track daily...for months upon months upon months. This was it for me. Is this it for you?
