Metal/Sonic Swap AU!
[NEW HYPER-FIXATION ACQUIRED]
So I got back into the Sonic fandom after reading the IDW comics. Came up with this swapped AU for Sonic and Metal Sonic. I was looking online for a similar AU concept, but was surprised that I couldn’t find one. If one already exists, please point me in the right direction! I really like this idea and have some short comic interactions in my head.

Hello, Ren! I'm a fan of yours who really likes learning about your OC Renaissance (btw, the coolest and most creative name I've heard out of a TMNT oc). I've been inspired by you and several other artists/writers in the TMNT fandom, and I have a few questions.
When the Shredder destroys everyone's weapons, does Ren get her weapon back as a traditional bow and arrow like Donnie's staff?
How do you develop fanfics and/or fan episodes etc. for Ren? Are the events she goes through reflections of what has happened in your own life? (If this one's too personal, you defo don't need to answer)
Are there limits to fanart or fan-made stories about Ren? I've been thinking about making fanart or a short fanfic about Ren meeting my own ocs and wanted to make sure I wasn't pushing boundaries. I'd obvious make proper credit, most likely on Ao3 or here on Tumblr when I figure out posting.
I also just wanted to say that Ren was kinda the reason I created my own turtle oc for TMNT. She was super cute and interesting to me, and I loved how in depth you went with her and how personal she was to you. I had already made a self-insert for Rise, but you inspired me to make my turtle boy Woody right after, so I thank you deeply for that. I hope you have an amazing rest of your year!

Honestly, I’m not sure. Logically she should get a traditional bow, but I really like her bow-gun, so I’m torn. Maybe I’ll do a poll to determine that decision lol.

Some are reflections of my life. “In My Heart, I Know” was kinda a vent fic and comic about my tachycardia. However, others I come up with either on my own, or by being inspired by other media. I also like to look at episodes in the series and see how Renaissance would fit in and change parts of the story. It’s mostly just asking myself “what if?” and “what would she do?”

Honestly, I don’t really have any limits besides the obvious “give proper credit” and “don’t make money off of it unless given special permission.” Though I do ask that people let me know what they make so I can see it/read it. I’d love to see what you guys do with Renaissance!

Hi! I’m the one who sent you the donation in the live stream you did yesterday! Just wanna say thanks for reminding me that Ren had three whole episodes about her in ROTTMNT.
But what bothers me is that I don’t know what these Ren focused episodes were about. Do you mind telling me more about the three Ren focused episodes please?
1. Renaissance goes to pick up pizza at Hueso's by herself for the first time, with Leo following behind her with worry. Komi-esk shenanigans ensue.
2. Renaissance goes on her first solo mission (with Mayhem) to retrieve an item that Donnie wants. Another villain wants the item though, so Ren must get it before they can.
3. The mandatory beach episode, where Renaissance meets a siren and has to protect her brothers from the siren's spell.

Hi! I love your drawings about Ren! I'm also writing stories (still new at it tho) Quick question, how did you do those music videos? Like I don't know how you did their voices, did you record them yourself? And btw I would love the idea of a villain au with Ren in it!
I grabbed some covers from various artists I thought have voices similar enough, used some tools to edit out the background music, added in the original music, and layered them up. For videos like those, you can find the original covers and sources by looking in the description of the video.
