Bradley is based on hand-lettering done by Art Nouveau artist Will. H Bradley for the cover of the December 1894 issue of The Inland Printer magazine.

The adaptation of Bradley's letters into a font was done by Herman Ihlenburg for ATF in 1895. It was one of three almost identical fonts released by different companies in the same year, the other two being St. John and Abbey Text. But Bradley was the only one licensed by Will H. Bradley himself.

Although it was a new American font, it was traditional-looking enough that it became popular in Germany, where it was known as Amerikanische Altgotisch (American Old Gothic) and used alongside fraktur.

By the 1970s, it was being used to give horror or fantasy vibes.

Does domperidone work for trans women? I can’t find any particular resources for inducing as a trans woman but I’d really like to!

Yes it does :) If you don't have breasts your mammary glands will be pretty limited in terms of quantity but it can absolutely induce milk production.

if you're not on HRT, it'll probably have effects on your libido and might cause some erectile dysfunction. I recommend looking up the effects of prolactin in AMAB people - I can't give you my experience on this but there are conditions that cause elevated prolactin levels no matter your assigned gender so that'd be a good place to start

Also as a trans woman it can be used to induce a significant amount of breast development. Especially if you cycle on and off the meds on a 3-6 month basis.

I've personally gained about half a cup size in remaining growth each time. And when actively on the meds I'm about a full cup size larger than before I start taking them. There is loss over time once you ween off but it seems to stop at about half a cup size smaller. Currently I've gotten from a low B to a solid C.

Also production isn't limited by anything other than your dedication to pumping. When I'm on a 15 minutes of pumping every 2 hours schedule I will typically produce for anywhere from 5-12 minutes at a time during those sessions. This can be frozen, consumed if you enjoy (very distinct flavor), if you have a partner into nursing it is safe for them, or used to actually feed a baby.

As detailed in the Google document I worked up to describe all of this, Domperidone doesn't create milk or Prolactin itself. It is merely a trigger for your bodies own natural process to make the hormone. When you are taking Domperidone your body is the one making Prolactin, through the same channels as would be used during pregnancy. It is in all measurable ways entirely identical to any other milk produced by nursing and pregnant people.
