Chet is my favorite character because he is truly the only one willing to let this hospital and family name die if it means his revenge is successful. He truly doesn't give a shit. And I respect the hell out of that.

And then Chet being the one to step in and make sure Park doesn't get shot? Being the one to save his bodyguard the exact way Pheem failed to save Than (and even shot him!)? I love them so much.

Chet has plenty of his own issues but they are his own and they are not the same as Pheem's.

One thing I really like about the Wicked Game is the narrative is not shying away from the fact that Pheem was not brought up to be a good person. None of the adults in his life taught him to be good or to be kind, it's all been about revenge and one-upping his siblings and proving that he's strong enough. So I love that his sense of right and wrong is so skewed and they're not shying away from that.

On the flip side Than's sense of right and wrong is extremely rigid. And it's interesting to see them clash.
