i know i've used the fact they didn't actually kill anyone to say pheem and kelvin weren't that bad, but both of them should have killed their fathers and brothers (and sister) instead of trying to prove themselves by taking everything from them
they still could have seized power after they were gone if they really wanted it, or just started their new lives with than and vier without all the violence and lies
than really spent the first few episodes in his own genre. after that car crash meet cute he was hitting his head and running into doors while playing hero, then drunk singing and dancing, stealing pheem's heart, living his best action rom-com life
too bad pheem's family drama came crashing in and than's damsel turned into another villain
time for me to rewatch the wicked game
i don't think i appreciated this manipulative little psycho enough the first time

than & pheem ; if there's mud in paradise
IDK how this keeps happening, but once again a highly anticipated series starring one of my favorite pairs has let me down.
The conclusion of The Wicked Game has me heated. Than, if you don't get it together. What do you mean, you married the man who shot you? Maybe Than forgave Pheem, but I surely didn't.
Not to mention that godawful proposal. I am not here for the Thunder Cop nonsense. Which was worse, San's proposal in Century of Love or Pheem asking Than to legally tie himself to the man who traded Than's dream career for self-centered revenge? They should have actually killed Pheem off. Offroad did a fantastic job turning him into a charming manipulator that I can't stand.
Plus, they killed Park. The only guy I was rooting for. Not even a kiss in the whole series, but Park and Chet had more chemistry than Pheem and Than ever did. The difference is so stark. Pheem lies to Than again and disappears, while Chet tells Park to go live his own life because he loves him and wants the best for him, even if they are both criminal nutjobs.
The action scenes, still terrible, and the plot went sideways. I expected this to be an 8/10, but my final rating is 5/10. 2 points off automatically for Pheem defying death, a point off for constantly bringing up Thunder Cop, and the last 2 for an underwhelming lead romance.
I'm currently watching The Wicked Game and I've noticed the vibes are very similar to Laws of Attraction, and I am loving it, I'm definitely rewatching Laws of Attraction again after this
