A friend asked me for help in finding a kettle with a brita filter. My efforts didn't turn up much of value. Brita kettles just aren't made to suit design concious consumers. I did however come across this Philips kettle that would have been great in my kettle round-up last year. Always on the look out for less bulky and more slick designs. The hefty pricetag might be a turnoff considering its limited features, but I decided to not take that into consideration in my previous post so I will not do it this time either. Sometimes it's just about getting basic functionality in a nice package.
