I'm going to legitimately be happy when Man of Steel finally comes to theaters. Then I won't be forced to watch that stupid trailer with its pretentious opening music and Aquaman vibes (the only DC hero worse than Superman, in my opinion).

It's certainly been awhile since I've felt like turning my computer on...

Anyway, I have recently gotten very great news. They were wrong about my uncle initially, the cancer isn't in his brain and he has somehow dodged a second bullet because he only has a single cell of the type of cancer he's got. Basically some chemo and radiation treatments and he's going to be fine.

Thanks to everyone who was concerned and sent good vibes and everything our way.

PLEASE READ. WILL NOT HURT TO AND FORWARD. Kids are putting Drano, tin foil, and a little water in plastic drink bottles and capping it up - leaving it on lawns, in mail boxes, in gardens, on driveways etc. just waiting for you to pick it up intending to put it in the rubbish, but you’ll never make it!!! If the bottle is picked up, and the bottle is shaken even just a little - in about 30 seconds or less it builds up enough gas which then explodes with enough force to remove some your extremities. The liquid that comes out is boiling hot as well. Don’t pick up any plastic bottles that may be lying in your yards or in the gutter, etc. Pay attention to this. A plastic bottle with a cap. A little Drano. A little water. A small piece of foil. Disturb it by moving it; and BOOM!! No fingers left and other serious effects to your face, eyes, etc. Please ensure that everyone that may not have email access are also informed of this.

The goal is simple - we thank Hussie for everything he’s done for us. For all the updates, all the people he’s met, everything he’s had to deal with - for making Homestuck. He made something far bigger than he could have imagined. I think it’s time we thanked him.

I keep seeing certain items in Monster Hunter and my brain jumps to something else just because they're close. Bathycite Ore and Flutterfly bugs, specifically.

Makes me think of Bioshock and MLP respectively.
