happy holiday truce @kkachis! i was assigned as your gifter for this year's @phandomholidaytruce!

before i get to your gift, i just want to take a second to say: i am so sorry. i didn't get this to you earlier, it's the first of january and i know it's kinda irresponsible to submit stuff at the very last minute.

secondly, i will be the first to admit this isn't a very good gift. it's barely more than a sketch, incredibly rushed, not at all polished and pretty uninspiring— i took your 'space obsession' prompt and translated it very literally to a drawing. i'm not trying to be self-deprecating, but being honest. it is what it is because i wildly overestimated the amount of time i'd be working on it, and the results unfortunately reflect that. (not to mention the fact that it is basically a copy-paste of one of my other posts which made me realise i absolutely suck at coming up with creative ideas)

and here's the worst part: i really wanted to make a gift based on your prompts. i had so many ideas to where your space obsession prompt could go, combining it with the everlasting trio (which, yes i love them so much) and maybe touching on some other stuff you mentioned, but i just didn't have enough time to do the stuff i wanted. (it's not an excuse, but a reason: i definitely made some mistakes when planning out my holidays)

to make it up, i would be more than willing to create another gift (albeit not a christmas/new year's one, sorry) as soon as whatever i'm dealing with currently is dealt with! i really wanna spend more time to make something that actually somewhat follows my inital plans for this prompt, and i sincerely hope you don't mind too much if your gift ends up coming late january

with that said, hope you had a fantastic holiday season and here's to a less disastrous 2022!
